Abstract
また、本発明は、電極組立体が収容されたケースに形成された観測ホールを貫いて前記ケースの内部に挿入され、内側端が前記電極組立体によって支持される圧電素子、及び前記圧電素子の外側端を支持するように前記ケースの外部に設けられる支持部材を含んでなり、前記電極組立体に含まれている電極の厚さ増加により前記圧電素子で発生する電圧信号を利用して前記電極の厚さ変化を測定することを特徴とする。
Description
本出願は、2016年6月9日付韓国特許出願第10-2016-0071636号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記支持部材は、前記固定部材を取り巻きながら、前記支持部材が前記ケースに復元力を有して流動可能となるように締結させる弾性部材を含むことができる。
Claims (19)
- 電極組立体1が収容されたケース100に形成された観測ホール110を貫いて前記ケース100の内部に挿入され、内側端が前記電極組立体1によって支持される圧電素子200;及び、
前記圧電素子200の外側端を支持するように前記ケース100の外部に設けられる支持部材300;を含んでなり、
前記電極組立体1に含まれている電極の厚さ増加により前記圧電素子200で発生する電圧信号を利用して前記電極の厚さ変化を測定することを特徴とする、
二次電池電極の厚さ変化の測定装置。 - 前記電極組立体1と前記圧電素子200の間に形成される遮断膜120をさらに含み、
前記圧電素子200の内側端は、前記遮断膜120に接触された状態で前記電極組立体1の支持を受けることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の二次電池電極の厚さ変化の測定装置。 - 前記遮断膜120と前記ケース100の間をシールするように形成されるシーリング部材130を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の二次電池電極の厚さ変化の測定装置。 - 前記遮断膜120には透明な部分が形成され、
前記圧電素子200と前記支持部材300には前記透明な部分と通じるホール210が形成されることを特徴とする、

前記圧電素子200の外側端を支持する支持板310と、
前記支持板310を前記ケース100に締結する固定部材320と

前記固定部材320を取り巻きながら、前記支持部材300が前記ケース100に復元力を有して流動可能となるように締結させる弾性部材330を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の二次電池電極の厚さ変化の測定装置。 - 電極組立体1が収容されたケース100;
前記電極組立体1と連通するように前記ケース3の一側に貫通される観測ホール110;
前記観測ホール110を介して前記ケース100の内部に挿入され、内側端が前記電極組立体1によって支持され、前記電極組立体1の厚さ変化に従って電圧パルスが発生し、外側端に形成された支持部材300は、前記ケース100の外部に設けられる圧電素子200;
を含むことを特徴とする、
