所定の基準に従って選択された基準患者の3Dデータが関与し、前記関与する3Dデータが前記治療される部位を含む前記骨(8)又は前記骨部分に対応する、第2のステップ(3)と、
前記治療される部位の再構成のために前記第1のステップ(2)及び前記第2のステップ(3)を合成した3Dデータを補完又は完成させるための第3の再構成ステップ(4)と、を有しており、
前記合成3Dデータを得るために、前記治療される特定の患者の3Dデータがその患者の鏡像対称の他方側についての元データを有しており、当該患者の3Dデータを特に前記骨(8)又は骨部分に対応する部位において重ね合わせるミラーリングステップ(5)が用いられることを特徴とする、方法(1)。

前記3つ又は4つのステップ(2、3、4及び/又は5)は、連続して又は並行して行われることを特徴とする、項目1に記載の方法(1)。
(項目3)
前記第3のステップ(4)の後にさらなるステップ(6)において、前記骨治療手段(7)は、インプラント又は骨切りテンプレートの形で製造されることを特徴とする、項目1又は2に記載の方法(1)。
(項目4)
準備ステップ(11)において、前記患者の前記元の3Dデータ及び/又は1人以上の基準患者の3Dデータが、データベースに入力されており、及び/又はそこから集められることを特徴とする、項目3に記載の方法(1)。
(項目5)
前記ミラーリングステップ(5)の前及び/又は前記第1のステップ(2)の後に、コンピュータ支援による2D又は3D視覚化が実行されることを特徴とする、項目1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
(項目6)
前記ミラーリングステップ(5)の前又は後に、規定される骨マーカ点(12)が選択されることを特徴とする、項目1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
(項目7)
穴の種類別に前記治療される患者の骨材料欠損は、閉鎖されるか、架橋されるか、又は充填されることを特徴とする、項目1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
(項目8)
前記さらなるステップ(6)の前に、3Dデータ及び/又は製造機械を制御するための製造データが、生成ステップで生成されることを特徴とする、項目3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
(項目9)
少なくとも前記3つのステップ(2、3、4)の結果は、手術を計画するのに使用されることを特徴とする、項目1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
(項目10)
項目1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)を実施するための手段が含まれ、準備される、計画及び/又は製造方法を実施するための装置。
Claims (10)
- 骨治療手段(7)の製造方法(1)であって、
治療される特定の患者の骨(8)又は骨部分の元の3Dデータが提供され、治療される部位が前記骨(8)又は前記骨部分の内部に存在する、第1のステップ(2)と、
所定の基準に従って選択された基準患者の3Dデータが関与し、前記関与する3Dデータが前記治療される部位を含む前記骨(8)又は前記骨部分に対応する、第2のステップ(3)と、
前記治療される部位の再構成のために前記第1のステップ(2)及び前記第2のステップ(3)を合成した3Dデータを補完又は完成させるための第3の再構成ステップ(4)と、を有しており、
前記合成3Dデータを得るために、前記治療される特定の患者の3Dデータがその患者の鏡像対称の他方側についての元データを有しており、当該患者の3Dデータを特に前記骨(8)又は骨部分に対応する部位において重ね合わせるミラーリングステップ(5)が用いられることを特徴とする、方法(1)。 - 前記3つ又は4つのステップ(2、3、4及び/又は5)は、連続して又は並行して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法(1)。
- 前記第3のステップ(4)の後にさらなるステップ(6)において、前記骨治療手段(7)は、インプラント又は骨切りテンプレートの形で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法(1)。
- 準備ステップ(11)において、前記患者の前記元の3Dデータ及び/又は1人以上の基準患者の3Dデータが、データベースに入力されており、及び/又はそこから集められることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法(1)。
- 前記ミラーリングステップ(5)の前及び/又は前記第1のステップ(2)の後に、コンピュータ支援による2D又は3D視覚化が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
- 前記ミラーリングステップ(5)の前又は後に、規定される骨マーカ点(12)が選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
- 穴の種類別に前記治療される患者の骨材料欠損は、閉鎖されるか、架橋されるか、又は充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
- 前記さらなるステップ(6)の前に、3Dデータ及び/又は製造機械を制御するための製造データが、生成ステップで生成されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
- 少なくとも前記3つのステップ(2、3、4)の結果は、手術を計画するのに使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法(1)を実施するための手段が含まれ、準備される、計画及び/又は製造方法を実施するための装置。
