Claims (13)
- 火格子が内蔵され、前記火格子上に燃焼空間が形成される燃焼室と、
前記火格子の中央部と下方連結され、前記火格子の上部に燃料を供給する燃料供給部と、
前記燃焼室の側部に水平面上斜めに連結されて、燃焼空気が前記燃焼空間で旋回するように燃焼空気を供給する空気供給部と、
前記空気供給部によって提供された燃焼空気が前記燃焼空間で前記燃焼室の内壁に沿って下方旋回するように燃焼空気をガイドするよう、燃焼空気が前記燃焼空間に流入する流入口から前記燃焼空間の内側に突出配置され、下方開口したガイド部材と、
前記ガイド部材と前記燃焼室の内壁との間の向かい合うそれぞれの面のうち少なくとも一つに、下方傾斜して延長されるねじ線状の突出ガイドラインと、を含む、燃焼器。 - 前記突出ガイドラインは、長さ方向に沿って下がるほど側方に突出した高さが低くなる、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記突出ガイドラインは、前記ガイド部材において、前記燃焼室の内壁と向かい合う面に形成され、前記燃焼室の内壁側に下方傾斜するように突出する、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記突出ガイドラインは、長さ方向に沿って下がるほど、前記燃焼室の内壁側への下方傾斜角が大きくなる、請求項3に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記ガイド部材は、ガイドされる燃焼空気の流速が速くなるよう、前記燃焼空間の流入口位置において前記ガイド部材と前記燃焼室の内壁との向かい合うそれぞれの面間の間隔が長さ方向に沿って狭くなるように配置される、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記ガイド部材は、
前記燃焼室における前記流入口の上側の構造物から前記燃焼室の内側に延長された上部ガイド板と、
前記上部ガイド板から下方延長され、燃焼室の内壁から離隔している側部ガイド板と、を備える、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。 - 前記空気供給部は、
前記燃焼室の上側側部と連結され、燃焼空気が前記燃焼空間で下方旋回するように燃焼空気を供給する上側空気供給部と、
前記燃焼室の下側側部と連結され、燃焼空気が前記火格子上部の燃料と接触して燃焼した後、前記燃焼室の中央に沿って上昇するように燃焼空気を供給する下側空気供給部と、を備える、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。 - 前記上側空気供給部は、1時間当たりの燃焼空気量が、前記下側空気供給部よりも1.5倍〜4倍多くなるように構成される、請求項7に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記空気供給部は、燃焼空気が前記燃焼室の内壁外面に沿って旋回した後、前記流入口を介して前記燃焼空間に流入するよう、前記内壁から離隔し、前記内壁を包み込む前記燃焼室の外壁と連結される、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記火格子は、前記燃料供給部を中心に回転駆動される、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記燃料供給部は、前記火格子を通過して前記燃焼空間側に突出形成され、燃料を連続的に供給するようにスクリュー方式で構成される、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記燃料供給部は、前記火格子を通過して前記燃焼空間側に突出形成され、前記燃焼空間側に向かう端部には、燃料の上側移動を遮断するとともに、側方に分散させるように下方拡径された遮断部材が装着される、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記燃焼室は、上が狭く下が広い形であって、切頭円錐状を有する、請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
