f)決定された場所における血管構造を表すデータを出力するステップとを含み、少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、医療デバイスの一部の場所を表す画像データを含み、医療デバイスは、血管治療に使用され、医療デバイスの一部は、血管治療の様々な段階に関連付けられる複数の状態にあるように構成され、少なくとも1つの第2の画像は、血管構造の少なくとも一部を表す画像データを、明白に見えるように含み、特徴は、血管治療の段階に関連付けられる複数の状態のうちの1つにある医療デバイスの一部に関連付けられる。
c)少なくとも1つの第1の画像から、血管治療が、少なくとも1つの第1の画像の取得時に施されたことを決定するステップを含む。
e1)少なくとも1つの第1の画像における血管構造の関心領域の空間表現を、少なくとも1つの第2の画像における血管構造の関心領域の空間表現と位置合わせするステップを含む。
Claims (14)
- 血管構造の一部の自動定量化のための装置であって、
入力ユニットと、
処理ユニットと、
出力ユニットと、
を含み、
前記入力ユニットは、前記処理ユニットに、血管構造の関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第1の画像を提供し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、医療デバイスの一部の場所を表す画像データを含み、前記医療デバイスは、狭窄部の場所に施される血管治療に使用され、前記医療デバイスの前記一部は、前記血管治療の様々な段階に関連付けられる複数の状態にあるように構成され、
前記入力ユニットは、前記処理ユニットに、前記血管構造の前記関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第2の画像を提供し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像は、前記血管構造の少なくとも一部を表す画像データを、明白に見えるように含み、前記血管構造の前記少なくとも一部に関して明白に見えるということは、前記血管構造の位置が、手動又は自動的に、突き止められる、特定される又は描かれることができるように、前記血管構造の少なくとも一部が示されることに関連し、
前記処理ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における特徴の場所を決定し、前記特徴は、前記血管治療の段階に関連付けられる前記複数の状態のうちの1つにある前記医療デバイスの前記一部に関連付けられ、
前記処理ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像内の少なくとも1つの場所を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像内の対応する少なくとも1つの場所に関連付ける変換を決定し、前記変換を、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における前記特徴の前記場所に適用して、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における決定された場所を提供し、
前記出力ユニットは、前記決定された場所における前記血管構造を表すデータを出力し、出力された前記データは、前記狭窄部に関する情報を含む、装置。 - 前記血管治療は、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の取得時間に対応する時間において施され、前記処理ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像から、前記血管治療が前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記取得時間において施されたことを決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記変換を決定及び適用するために、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現と位置合わせする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 血管構造の一部の自動定量化のための医用システムであって、
少なくとも1つの画像取得ユニットと、
請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の血管構造の一部の自動定量化のための装置と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの画像取得ユニットは、前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現を含む前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像を提供し、また、前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現を含む前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像を提供する、医用システム。 - 血管構造の一部の自動定量化のための方法であって、
a)血管構造の関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第1の画像を提供するステップと、
b)前記血管構造の前記関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第2の画像を提供するステップと、
d)前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における特徴の場所を決定するステップと、
e)前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における少なくとも1つの場所を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における対応する少なくとも1つの場所に関連付ける変換を決定し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における決定された場所を提供するように、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における前記特徴の前記場所に前記変換を適用するステップと、
f)前記決定された場所における前記血管構造を表すデータを出力するステップと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、医療デバイスの一部の場所を表す画像データを含み、前記医療デバイスは、血管治療に使用され、前記医療デバイスの前記一部は、狭窄部の場所に施される前記血管治療の様々な段階に関連付けられる複数の状態にあるように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像は、前記血管構造の少なくとも一部を表す画像データを、明白に見えるように含み、前記血管構造の前記少なくとも一部に関して明白に見えるということは、前記血管構造の位置が、手動又は自動的に、突き止められる、特定される又は描かれることができるように、前記血管構造の少なくとも一部が示されることに関連し、
前記特徴は、前記血管治療の段階に関連付けられる前記複数の状態のうちの1つにある前記医療デバイスの前記一部に関連付けられ、
出力された前記データは、前記狭窄部に関する情報を含む、方法。 - ステップd)は、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における前記医療デバイスの前記一部の前記場所を表す前記画像データの場所を決定するステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記医療デバイスの前記一部の前記場所を表す前記画像データは、非注入X線データを含み、「非注入」との用語は、画像取得時に造影剤が注入されていない又はされていなかったことを意味する、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記血管治療は、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の取得時間に対応する時間に施され、前記方法は更に、
c)前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像から、前記血管治療が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記取得時間において施されたことを決定するステップを含む、請求項5乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記血管治療は、前記医療デバイスの前記一部が、非展開状態から展開状態に動かされることを含み、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、前記非展開状態以外の状態にある前記医療デバイスの前記一部を表す画像データを含む、請求項5乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップe)は、
e1)前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現と位置合わせするステップを含む、請求項5乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップe1)は更に、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像の前記血管構造の前記一部の前記関心領域の前記空間表現における前記決定された場所における又は前記決定された場所の周りの領域における血管半径が減少した領域を決定するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、前記血管構造の一部内にある医療デバイスの前記一部を表す画像データを含み、
前記ステップe1)は更に、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における前記血管構造の前記一部内にある前記医療デバイスの前記一部を表す前記画像データを、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記血管構造の前記一部の前記関心領域の前記空間表現と位置合わせするステップを含む、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。 - プロセッサによって実行されると、請求項5乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法を行う、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のデバイスを制御する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶されたコンピュータ可読媒体。
