Abstract
Description
−まず、コーティングされていないアプリケータを、必要または適切な場合には脱脂し、
−特に脱脂されたアプリケータを、少なくとも1種の溶媒、特に有機溶媒で任意に濯いだ後、乾燥させ、
−次いで、プライマー層を、任意に、アプリケータに、好ましくは電気泳動堆積によって、適用し、
−次に着色層を任意に、好ましくは同様に電気泳動堆積によって適用し、
−後続の方法工程において、少なくとも1種の電気絶縁性ポリマーの少なくとも1種の層が、本発明にしたがって電気泳動堆積によって、任意にプレコーティングされたアプリケータに適用され、
−電気絶縁性ポリマーの複数の層の適用のために、前述の方法工程を少なくとも1回繰り返すことができ、この場合、この後の方法工程は、任意に、各堆積工程の後に同様に繰り返すことができ、
−このようにして得られたポリマーコーティングは、任意に、溶媒で処理、特に濯がれ、
−次に、コーティングされたアプリケータは、好ましくは電気絶縁性ポリマーの溶融温度より十分低い温度で、任意に乾燥のための熱処理に付され、および
−次に、得られたポリマーコーティングは、任意に、このコーティングを溶融することによって熱後処理に付される。
Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1種の電気絶縁性ポリマーの少なくとも1種のコーティングを、電流、特に外科手術におけるHF電流、のためのアプリケータ、特に、クランプ、ハサミ、またはピンセットに適用する方法であって、
前記コーティングを、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは完全に、少なくとも1種の有機溶媒中のポリマーの懸濁液から電気泳動堆積によって製造することを特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記ポリマーが透明ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが着色ポリマー、好ましくは着色顔料を添加することによって着色されたポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーがポリアミドまたはポリアリールエーテルケトン、好ましくはポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーがフルオロポリマー、好ましくは熱可塑性フルオロポリマーであることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)または、とりわけポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)またはエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 得られるポリマーコーティングが、少なくとも500V/mm、好ましくは少なくとも1200V/mm、特に少なくとも2500V/mmの電気破壊抵抗を有することを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 得られるポリマーコーティングが、5μmと500μmとの間、好ましくは30μm〜350μm、特に100μm〜250μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか、特に請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが、5μmと100μmとの間、好ましくは10μm〜60μm、特に15μm〜30μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか、特に請求項7に記載の方法。
- 電気破壊抵抗が3kV/mmと150kV/mmとの間、特に50kV/mmと100kV/mmとの間であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか、特に請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングを、0.2kVと4kVとの間、好ましくは0.5kVと2kVとの間、特に0.8kVと1.2kVとの間の電圧で製造することを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記電気泳動堆積を、5秒と10分との間、好ましくは5秒と60秒との間、特に10秒と40秒との間の期間行なうことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 電気泳動堆積により得られた前記ポリマーコーティングを溶融による後処理に付すことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記後処理を前記ポリマーの溶融温度より最大で20%上、特に前記溶融温度より約10%上の温度で行なうことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記後処理を、1時間未満、好ましくは30分未満、特に15分未満の期間行なうことを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 以下の方法順序によって特徴付けられる先行請求項のいずれかに記載の方法:
−任意に、コーティングされていないアプリケータを脱脂し、
−任意に、特に脱脂された前記アプリケータを、溶媒で濯ぎ、乾燥させ、
−任意に、プライマー層を、好ましくは電気泳動堆積によって、適用し、
−任意に、着色層を、好ましくは電気泳動堆積によって、適用し、
−任意にプレコーティングされた前記アプリケータに、少なくとも1種の電気絶縁性ポリマーを電気泳動堆積によって、適用し、
−任意に、前記ポリマーコーティングの電気泳動適用の先行の方法工程を1回以上繰り返し、
−任意に、得られた前記ポリマーコーティングを、少なくとも1種の溶媒で処理し、
−前記ポリマーでコーティングされた前記アプリケータを、乾燥のため、および任意に得られた前記ポリマーコーティングの溶融による後処理のため、熱処理する。 - 電流、特に外科手術のHF電流のためのアプリケータ、特にクランプまたはピンセットまたはハサミへの少なくとも1種のコーティングの電気泳動堆積のための懸濁液であって、
前記懸濁液が少なくとも1種の有機溶媒中に少なくとも1種の電気絶縁性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする前記懸濁液。 - 前記ポリマーの濃度が10g/Lと150g/Lとの間、好ましくは20g/Lと100g/Lとの間であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記懸濁液の粘度が、0.1mPa・sと10mPa・sとの間であることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載の懸濁液。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、好ましくはポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、またはフルオロポリマー、好ましくは熱可塑性フルオロポリマー、特にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、または、とりわけポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)またはエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)であることを特徴とする請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の懸濁液。
- 少なくとも1種の電気絶縁性ポリマーの少なくとも1種のコーティングを有する、電流、特に外科手術におけるHF電流のためのアプリケータ、特にクランプ、ピンセットまたはハサミであって、前記ポリマーが少なくとも1種の有機溶媒中の前記ポリマーの懸濁液から電気泳動堆積によって製造されていることを特徴とする前記アプリケータ。
- 前記ポリマーがポリアミド、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、好ましくはポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、またはフルオロポリマー、好ましくは熱可塑性フルオロポリマー、特にポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、または、とりわけポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)またはエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングが3kV/mmと150kV/mmとの間、特に50kV/mmと100kV/mmとの間の電気破壊抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項21または22に記載のアプリケータ。
