Claims (7)
- ポンプロータ(11)が内部で回転して圧縮を行うポンプ室(12)と、
前記ポンプ室(12)から流出した圧縮ガスが流入する排出チャンバ(14)と、
前記ポンプ室(12)を前記排出チャンバ(14)から隔離する隔壁(22)と、
前記隔壁(22)に設けられてチェックバルブとして構成され、前記ポンプ室(12)から前記排出チャンバ(14)内に流入する前記圧縮ガスが通過する少なくとも1つの排出弁(201,202)とを備え、
前記排出弁(201,202)は、
前記隔壁(22)に設けられた弁開口(241,242)と、
前記弁開口(241,242)の周囲に設けられた弁座(30)と、
弁体として設けられたリーフスプリング(401,402)とによって形成され、
前記リーフスプリング(401,402)は、前記リーフスプリング(401,402)が前記弁座(30)に当接する前記排出弁(201,202)の閉弁状態と、前記リーフスプリング(401,402)が前記弁座(30)から離間する前記排出弁(201,202)の開弁状態との間で移動可能であり、
前記弁座(30)は、隆起した形状を有して形成され、
前記弁座(30)と前記リーフスプリング(401,402)とが重なり合う部分の径方向の重なり幅は、1.5mm未満であり、
前記リーフスプリング(401,402)の径方向の突出量は、1.0mmより大きい
ことを特徴とする車両用真空ポンプ。 - 前記弁座(30)は、隣接する少なくとも1つの傾斜面(50,51)によって縁取られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用真空ポンプ。
- 前記傾斜面(50)は、隆起した前記弁座(30)の内周部分に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用真空ポンプ。
- 前記傾斜面(51)は、隆起した前記弁座(30)の外周部分に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の車両用真空ポンプ。
- 前記弁開口(241,242)及び前記リーフスプリング(401,402)は、腎臓形の形状を有し、前記リーフスプリング(401,402)は、長手方向の一端で固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の車両用真空ポンプ。
- 前記隔壁(22)には、2つの排出弁(201,202)が設けられ、
前記2つの排出弁(201,202)の2つのリーフスプリング(401,402)は、単一の共用スプリング体(72)で形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の車両用真空ポンプ。 - 前記弁座(30)の高さ(E)は、少なくとも0.5mm、好ましくは少なくとも1.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の車両用真空ポンプ。
