Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年7月14日出願の欧州特許出願第15176696.1号に対する優先権を主張するものであり、この出願の全内容は、あらゆる目的のために参照により本明細書に援用される。
a)熱可塑性樹脂を含む組成物を空気中の酸素含有量の減少下で反応器に導入する工程と、
b)熱可塑性樹脂を含む組成物を溶剤の存在下で加熱して熱可塑性樹脂のかなりの部分の液化を得る工程と、
c)固体および/またはガス状画分を、混合物の表面および/または反応器の底部で分離する工程と、
d)液化熱可塑性樹脂を前記反応器から回収する工程と
を含む熱可塑性樹脂を含む組成物の処理方法であって、
工程b)で使用される溶剤が脂肪族炭化水素である方法に関する。
2リットルの密閉タンクを、150〜300℃の範囲の温度で外部加熱する。使用される廃プラスチック組成物は、次の組成(g/kg固形分単位での)を有する。
HDPEおよびPP使用済みプラスチックの試料を、栓を備えた実験室試験管に導入する。空気を10ミリバールの残圧まで真空ポンプによって排気し、窒素で置き換える。残存O2含有量は0.2〜0.3容積%と推定される。管を280℃まで外部加熱する。熱可塑性樹脂混合物は溶融し、図1に見られるように無色透明のままである。
実施例2と同じ手順を、しかし試験管中に含有される空気を不活性雰囲気で置き換えることなく繰り返す。気相中のO2含有量は21〜22容積%と推定される。管を280℃まで外部加熱する。プラスチックは溶融しないが、図2に見られるように炭化する。
異なる商用プラスチック品目の2gのHDPE、0.5gのPPおよび25mgのPS小片と10gの溶剤とを室温で、磁気かき混ぜ機を備えた30mlのガラス試験管に導入した。ガラス管を次にアルゴンでフラッシュしてO2雰囲気のほとんどを除去し、管を従来型栓で密封した。管を、かき混ぜ下に4段階(それぞれ、120、150、180および200℃)で、油浴中で200℃に加熱し、混合物を観察した。
Claims (15)
- a)熱可塑性樹脂を含む組成物を空気中の酸素含有量の減少下で反応器に導入する工程と、
b)組成物を溶剤の存在下で加熱して熱可塑性樹脂のかなりの部分の液化を得る工程と、
c)組成物の固体および/またはガス状画分を、混合物の表面および/または反応器の底部で分離する工程と、
d)液化熱可塑性樹脂を反応器から回収する工程と
を含む熱可塑性樹脂を含む組成物の処理方法であって、
工程b)に使用される溶剤が脂肪族炭化水素である方法。 - プロセス工程a)〜c)が、1つの、そしてただ1つの反応器で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プロセス工程a)〜c)が、反応器で連続的に、好ましくは連続的におよび同時に行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で使用される溶剤が50℃〜150℃の沸点を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で使用される溶剤が、C6〜C8アルカンまたはC6〜C8アルカンの混合物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で使用される溶剤が45℃超の融点を有する、請求項1〜3または5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で使用される溶剤が、45℃超の融点を有する脂肪族ワックスである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 溶剤が水と共沸混合物を形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において組成物が、溶剤の存在下で150℃〜450℃の範囲の温度に加熱される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において組成物が、溶剤の存在下で250℃よりも上〜400℃の範囲の温度に加熱される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組成物が、熱可塑性樹脂としてポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンおよびポリスチレンを実質的に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)〜d)に、液化熱可塑性樹脂を分解する工程e)が続く、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 分解が熱または接触分解である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 組成物が廃プラスチックを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)〜d)の前に、熱可塑性樹脂の粒径の低減工程が先行する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
