Abstract
Description
本発明は、脊椎減圧装置を提供する。それは、特に、例えば、椎間板ヘルニアによって引き起こされる背痛を患っている人達の痛みを和らげるのに用いられる。そのような痛みは、他にも原因があるが、椎骨が、椎骨を互いに分離している椎間板を過剰に圧迫するために生じる。
本発明は、特に、従来知られている脊椎減圧装置の上述した欠点を、脊柱に加えられる伸延力がユーザの位置や動きとは無関係に一定である状態で、該ユーザが一人で装着することができ、および目立たないようにおよび効果的に、一日中装着できる脊椎減圧装置を提案することによって解決するという目的を有する。
図1〜図3に示す実施形態において、本発明の脊椎減圧装置10は、上方支持手段12と、下方支持手段14と、以下の説明において、より詳細に説明されている、該上方支持手段12および該下方支持手段14の両方に取り付けられている伸長手段16とを備え、該伸長手段16は、分離力を該下方支持手段14および該上方支持手段12に及ぼして、該下方支持手段14を該上方支持手段12から離すように構成されている。
Claims (10)
- ユーザの胴体を取り囲むように構成された脊椎減圧装置(10)であって、
前記胴体の第一の部分を取り囲むように構成された上方支持手段(12)と、
前記胴体の第二の部分を取り囲むように構成された下方支持手段(14)と、
前記上方支持手段(12)および前記下方支持手段(14)に取り付けられ、および前記下方支持手段および前記上方支持手段に分離力を及ぼして、前記下方支持手段を前記上方支持手段から離すように構成された伸長手段(16)と、を備え、
前記装置は、それが、前記ユーザの脊柱に対して所定の伸延力を維持するように前記伸長手段(16)を制御する電子制御システム(18)をさらに含むことを特徴とする脊椎減圧装置(10)。 - 前記電子制御システム(18)は、前記伸延力の大きさを変更する調整手段(60)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記ユーザの動きに関連する少なくとも一つの特性を測定するように構成された測定手段(20)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記電子制御システム(18)は、前記測定手段(20)によって測定された測定値に応じて、前記伸長手段(16)によって及ぼされる前記分離力を変更するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記測定手段(20)によって測定された前記測定値を記録する記録手段(22)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記伸長手段(16)が、少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータ(44、44’、46、46’)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータ(44、44’、46、46’)は、前記上方支持手段(12)および/または前記下方支持手段(14)に対してヒンジで取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記電子制御システム(18)は、前記上方支持手段および/または前記下方支持手段に対する前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータ(44、44’、46、46’)の動作を制限するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- 前記伸長手段(16)は、前記ユーザが前記装置を装着した場合に、前記胴体の両側に位置するように構成された少なくとも第一および第二のリニアアクチュエータ(44、44’、46、46’)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)。
- データプロセッサシステムとともに、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、および請求項3に記載の脊椎減圧装置(10)を備える脊椎減圧システムであって、前記電子制御システム(18)が、前記測定手段(20)によって測定された前記測定値を前記プロセッサシステムに送信するように構成された無線送信手段(62)をさらに備える、脊椎減圧システム。
