Description
Claims (14)
- 大型の旅客航空機(10)と位置独立にデータを伝送および受信する方法において、
商用の前記航空機(10)内の窓またはその近傍に、少なくとも1つのアンテナ(16)であって、飛行通信ハブ(22)と通信するように設計されたアンテナを設置する工程と、
フライト中に、少なくとも前記アンテナ(16)と飛行通信ハブ(22)との間で前記データの伝送および受信の一方または両方を行う工程と、
前記航空機(10)内において、前記アンテナ(16)と、前記アンテナ(16)に接続されたルーティング手段(20)との間で前記データを伝送する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記航空機(10)の両側(12、14)において、窓またはその近傍に、少なくとも1つのアンテナ(16)をそれぞれ設置する、方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、各アンテナ(16)を前記ルーティング手段(20)と有線で接続し、かつ前記ルーティング手段をデータソースと無線で通信するように構成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、各アンテナ(16)に、前記アンテナ(16)と通信するルーティング手段(20)を割り当て、前記ルーティング手段(20)をデータソースと無線で通信するように構成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、各アンテナ(16)を、客席に固定的に割り当てられていないそれぞれの窓またはその近傍に設置することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記アンテナ(16)を、調理室、化粧室および/または非常用出口の窓に設置することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、各アンテナ(16)を、着脱可能かつ固定的に前記窓に取り付けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記窓を通じて前記アンテナ(16)から外部を見通せるように各アンテナ(16)を最大10cmの距離で前記窓に取り付けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、異なる通信ハブ(22)と、商用の前記航空機(10)の異なる側にあるアンテナ(16)との通信リンクを維持することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、例えば、前記航空機(10)の位置、高度および/または速度についての情報といったフライトデータを、前記アンテナ(16)を介して通信ハブ(22)に一定の間隔で自動的に伝送することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記フライトデータの伝送のために、前記ルーティング手段(20)から前記コックピットへのデータ伝送を不能とした、前記航空機(10)のコックピットから前記アンテナ(16)への前記ルーティング手段(20)を介した安全なデータリンクを構成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記ルーティング手段(20)を前記航空機(10)内のクレジットカードリーダまたは銀行カードリーダと無線で通信させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記アンテナ(16)を介したインターネット通信、特に、オーディオおよび/または動画データをストリーミングするための通信を禁止することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記飛行通信ハブを、例えば、低地球軌道(LEO)衛星といった人工衛星または高高度を飛行する航空機(高高度飛行機、すなわち、HAP)とすることを特徴とする方法。
