"transmissão de rádio entre uma aeronave e seu ambiente, através da janela da mencionada aeronave", por tratar a presente invenção de um método para a transmissão e recepção de dados independente de posição para e de uma aeronave de passageiros de alta capacidade (10), caracterizado pelo fato de compreender as etapas de: instalação, na proximidade de uma janela da mencionada aeronave de passageiros (10 ), de pelo menos uma antena (16) projetada para se comunicar com um centro de comunicação voador (22), transmissão e/ou recepção dos dados entre pelo menos a antena (16) e o centro de comunicação voador (22) durante o voo, e transmissão dos dados no interior da aeronave (10), entre a antena (16) e um dispositivo de roteamento (20) conectado à mencionada antena (16).
