Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置を製造する方法であって、
携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジング内に、複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含む第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールを提供することと、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジング内に前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールに隣接して、複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含む第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールを提供することと、
前記ハウジング内に熱エネルギー吸収材料を提供することと、
前記ハウジングおよび前記熱エネルギー吸収材料内に犠牲部材を提供することであって、前記犠牲部材は、第1の温度を下回る環境に曝されると熱分解せず、前記第1の温度を上回る第2の温度の環境に曝されると熱分解する材料で形成される、前記犠牲部材を提供することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記犠牲部材を前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールとの間に位置付けること、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の温度が、約50℃以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の温度が、約60℃以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分解された材料が、分解前の前記材料の体積よりも少なくとも100%少ない体積を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱エネルギー吸収材料が、相変化材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の温度を下回って環境に曝されたときに熱分解せず、前記第1の温度よりも高い第2の温度で環境に曝されると熱分解する材料で形成された別の犠牲部材を提供することであって、前記別の犠牲部材は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジングと前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールおよび前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュール両方との間に位置する、前記別の犠牲部材を提供することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 携帯型エネルギー蓄電装置であって、
複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含む第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと、
複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含む第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールであって、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールに隣接して位置する、第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと、
熱エネルギー吸収材料と、
第1の温度を下回る環境に曝されると熱分解せず、前記第1の温度よりも高い第2の温度の環境に曝されると熱分解する材料で形成された犠牲部材であって、前記熱エネルギー吸収材料内に位置する、犠牲部材と、
を備える、携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。 - 前記犠牲部材が、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールとの間に位置する、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記第2の温度が、約50℃以上である、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記第2の温度が、約60℃以上である、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記分解された材料が、分解前の前記材料の体積よりも少なくとも100%少ない体積を有する、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記熱エネルギー吸収材料が、相変化材料である、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジングであって、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールおよび前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールが、前記ハウジング内に位置する、携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジングと、
第1の温度を下回る環境に曝されると熱分解せず、前記第1の温度を上回る第2の温度の環境に曝されると熱分解する材料で形成された別の犠牲部材であって、前記他の犠牲部材は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジングと前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールおよび前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュール両方との間に位置する、別の犠牲部材と、
をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。 - 携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置であって、
携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジングと、
複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含み、前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジング内に位置する第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと、
複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含み、前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジング内に位置する第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールであって、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールに隣接して配置される、第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと、
複数の電気エネルギー蓄電セルを含み、前記携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置ハウジング内に位置する、第3の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールであって、前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールに隣接して、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールとは反対の前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールの側に配置される、第3の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと、
熱エネルギー吸収材料と、
前記熱エネルギー吸収材料内の犠牲部材であって、第1の温度を下回る環境に曝されると熱分解せず、前記第1の温度を上回る第2の温度の環境に曝されると熱分解する材料で形成される、犠牲部材と、
を備える、携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。 - 前記犠牲部材が、前記第1の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールとの間に位置する、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記犠牲部材が、前記第2の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールと前記第3の電気エネルギー蓄電セルモジュールとの間に位置する、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記第2の温度が、約50℃以上である、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記第2の温度が、約60℃以上である、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記分解された材料が、分解前の前記材料の体積より少なくとも100%少ない体積を有する、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
- 前記熱エネルギー吸収材料が、相変化材料である、請求項15に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー蓄電装置。
