Claims (7)
- 汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理の方法であって、次を含む。
a)膜分離システム及び反応容器を含む膜生物反応システムを提供し、
b)膜分離システム及び反応容器を曝気し、膜分離システムの領域における溶存酸素の濃度が0〜2mg/L、膜分離システムを除く反応容器の領域における溶存酸素の濃度が0〜1mg/Lにあるように制御する。 - 反応容器内でケイ酸塩細菌を含む微生物体系を育成し適合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理の方法。
- 固体粒子を事前に除去するための前処理システムを含み、
膜生物反応システムを含み、
前記膜生物反応システムが反応容器(2)、膜分離システム(1)、水製造装置(5)及び曝気システム(4)を含み、
前記膜分離システム(1)を前記反応容器(2)に内蔵し、
前記水製造装置(5)が前記膜分離システム(1)と通じ、膜分離システム(1)にある濾液を吸い出し、
前記曝気システム(4)が前記反応容器(2)及び前記膜分離システム(1)に対する曝気を行い、
前記曝気システム(4)が分離システムの領域における溶存酸素の濃度が0〜2mg/L、膜分離システムを除く反応容器の領域における溶存酸素の濃度が0〜1mg/Lに制御するように配置されることを特徴とする汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理システム。 - 前記膜分離システム(1)はマイクロ濾過膜またはウルトラ濾過膜であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理システム。
- 前記曝気システム(4)で微細孔曝気または穿孔曝気または二者の組合せを利用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理システム。
- 前記曝気システム(4)の曝気量を集中して膜分離システムの領域に分布することにより前記膜分離システム(1)に対する洗浄を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理システム。
- 前記前処理システムが下水処理を行うグリッドであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の汚泥のゼロ排出の下水処理システム。
