Abstract
Description
(1) 骨移植片材料を収容するための装置であって、
近位端から遠位端まで長手方向に延在し、標的骨の外表面の輪郭に一致するようにサイズ決定されかつ形作られたメッシュ外スリーブであって、前記メッシュ外スリーブの長さに沿って延在する長手方向スロットを含む、メッシュ外スリーブと、
骨移植片捕集空間が間に画定されるように、前記外スリーブの内面に少なくとも1つのストラットを介して接続されたメッシュ内スリーブであって、前記標的骨の髄管の輪郭に一致するようにサイズ決定されかつ形作られた、メッシュ内スリーブと、
移植片材料を前記骨移植片捕集空間内に保持するための、前記内スリーブの外面から離れる方向に前記外スリーブの内面に向かって径方向に延在する間隙メッシュと、を備える、装置。
(2) 前記内スリーブが、前記内スリーブの全長に沿って延在する第1の長手方向スロットを含み、前記内スリーブが、前記第1の長手方向スロットに実質的に対向する前記内スリーブの前記外面の一部から延在する1つのストラットを介して、前記外スリーブの前記内面に接続されている、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(3) 前記内スリーブが、第1のクラムシェル部分と第2のクラムシェル部分とを画定するように、前記第1の長手方向スロットに直径方向に対向する第2の長手方向スロットを更に含み、前記第1のクラムシェル部分及び前記第2のクラムシェル部分は、前記第2の長手方向スロットを画定する前記第1のクラムシェル部分及び前記第2のクラムシェル部分の長手方向縁部に沿って延在する複数のストラットを介して、前記外スリーブの前記内面に接続されている、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(4) 前記内スリーブ及び前記外スリーブのうちの一方が、互いに交差する複数の周方向ストラットと複数の軸方向ストラットとから形成されている、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(5) 前記軸方向ストラットは、前記交差する周方向ストラット及び軸方向ストラットにより形成された開口部が互いにオフセットされるように、隣接する周方向ストラットの間で中断されている、実施態様4に記載の装置。
(7) 前記外スリーブの長さは、前記標的骨の分離された部分の端部間に、動作位置に位置付けられたときに、前記外スリーブの近位端及び遠位端が前記標的骨の分離された部分の端部と重なるように選択されている、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(8) 隣接する周方向ストラットと隣接する軸方向ストラットとの間の距離が、1.0mm〜10.0mmの範囲である、実施態様4に記載の装置。
(9) 前記メッシュ外スリーブによって画定された開口部が、前記メッシュ内スリーブによって画定された開口部よりも大きい、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(10) 前記内スリーブの長さが、前記標的骨の分離された部分の間の距離よりも小さくなるように選択されている、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(12) 前記生体吸収性材料が、ポリカプロラクトンである、実施態様11に記載の装置。
Claims (12)
- 骨移植片材料を収容するための装置であって、
近位端から遠位端まで長手方向に延在し、標的骨の外表面の輪郭に一致するようにサイズ決定されかつ形作られたメッシュ外スリーブであって、前記メッシュ外スリーブの長さに沿って延在する長手方向スロットを含む、メッシュ外スリーブと、
骨移植片捕集空間が間に画定されるように、前記外スリーブの内面に少なくとも1つのストラットを介して接続されたメッシュ内スリーブであって、前記標的骨の髄管の輪郭に一致するようにサイズ決定されかつ形作られた、メッシュ内スリーブと、
移植片材料を前記骨移植片捕集空間内に保持するための、前記内スリーブの外面から離れる方向に前記外スリーブの内面に向かって径方向に延在する間隙メッシュと、を備える、装置。 - 前記内スリーブが、前記内スリーブの全長に沿って延在する第1の長手方向スロットを含み、前記内スリーブが、前記第1の長手方向スロットに実質的に対向する前記内スリーブの前記外面の一部から延在する1つのストラットを介して、前記外スリーブの前記内面に接続されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブが、第1のクラムシェル部分と第2のクラムシェル部分とを画定するように、前記第1の長手方向スロットに直径方向に対向する第2の長手方向スロットを更に含み、前記第1のクラムシェル部分及び前記第2のクラムシェル部分は、前記第2の長手方向スロットを画定する前記第1のクラムシェル部分及び前記第2のクラムシェル部分の長手方向縁部に沿って延在する複数のストラットを介して、前記外スリーブの前記内面に接続されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブ及び前記外スリーブのうちの一方が、互いに交差する複数の周方向ストラットと複数の軸方向ストラットとから形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記軸方向ストラットは、前記交差する周方向ストラット及び軸方向ストラットにより形成された開口部が互いにオフセットされるように、隣接する周方向ストラットの間で中断されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブ及び前記外スリーブのうちの一方が、近位端から遠位端まで時計回り方向に延在する複数の第1のストラットと、近位端から遠位端まで反時計回り方向に延在する複数の第2のストラットから形成され、これにより、前記第1のストラット及び前記第2のストラットが互いに交差して、ダイヤモンド形メッシュパターンを形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外スリーブの長さは、前記標的骨の分離された部分の端部間に、動作位置に位置付けられたときに、前記外スリーブの近位端及び遠位端が前記標的骨の分離された部分の端部と重なるように選択されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 隣接する周方向ストラットと隣接する軸方向ストラットとの間の距離が、1.0mm〜10.0mmの範囲である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記メッシュ外スリーブによって画定された開口部が、前記メッシュ内スリーブによって画定された開口部よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブの長さが、前記標的骨の分離された部分の間の距離よりも小さくなるように選択されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外スリーブ、前記内スリーブ、及び前記間隙メッシュのうちの1つが、生体吸収性材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体吸収性材料が、ポリカプロラクトンである、請求項11に記載の装置。
