Claims (20)
- システムであって、
肌に侵入するように構成される針と、
前記針を肌に打ち込んで、肌に穿孔を形成した後に肌から前記針を引き抜くように構成される注射器と、
吸引を提供するように構成される吸引源と、
前記吸引源によって提供される吸引に応じるように構成される封止材と、
を備え、
前記注射器が前記針を前記封止材に貫通させて前記封止材に少なくとも1つの穴を形成するように構成され、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて前記肌に形成された前記穿孔から血液を抜き取るように構成されるシステム。 - 前記注射器が、
前記針を少なくとも部分的に配置するチャンバと、
前記チャンバ内に配置され、前記針が連結され、前記チャンバ内を摺動可能に移動するように構成されるピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記チャンバ内で摺動可能に移動させて、前記封止材を貫通して前記針を肌に打ち込むように構成される噴射剤と、
を備える、請求項1のシステム。 - 前記噴射剤がニトロセルロースを含み、前記針を肌に打ち込む前記注射器が前記ニトロセルロースを噴射する前記注射器を備える、請求項2のシステム。
- 前記針を肌に打ち込む前記注射器が、抵抗加熱要素を用いて前記噴射剤を噴射する前記注射器である、請求項2のシステム。
- 前記注射器が少なくとも1つの口を含み、前記口が、前記噴射剤を前記注射器から逃がすことで、前記針が前記肌に打ち込まれた後に前記ピストンおよび針を前記肌から引き抜くように構成される、請求項2のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの追加の針をさらに備え、前記注射器が、前記少なくとも1つの追加の針を前記肌に打ち込んで、前記肌に少なくとも1つの追加の穿孔を形成した後に前記肌から前記少なくとも1つの追加の針を引き抜くように構成され、前記注射器が、前記少なくとも1つの追加の針を前記封止材に貫通させて前記封止材に少なくとも1つの追加の穴を形成するように構成される、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記封止材が凹状窪みを備え、前記注射器が、前記針を駆動して前記封止材の凹状窪みを貫通して前記封止材に少なくとも1つの穴を形成するように構成され、前記吸引源が前記肌を前記凹状窪みに吸引するように構成される、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記吸引源が約50キロパスカル未満の圧力を有する排気容積を備える、請求項1のシステム。
- 血液保管要素をさらに備え、前記吸引源によって提供される吸引が、前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて血液を前記血液保管要素まで引き込むように構成され、前記血液保管要素が、前記吸引によって前記血液保管要素まで引き込まれた血液を保管するように構成される、請求項1のシステム。
- センサをさらに備え、前記センサが前記センサにさらされる血液の特性を検出するように構成され、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記封止材に形成される前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて前記センサまで血液を引き込むように構成される、請求項1のシステム。
- 順応層をさらに備え、前記順応層が肌に順応するように構成されて、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて、前記封止材の前記少なくとも1つの穴の近傍の肌に印加される、請求項1のシステム。
- 身体装着可能装置を備え、前記身体装着可能装置が前記肌の表面に装着されるように構成され、システムが、前記注射器を動作させて前記針を前記肌に打ち込むように構成されるコントローラをさらに備える、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記針、注射器、吸引源が前記身体装着可能装置の第1のサンプリングセクションに配置され、前記身体装着可能装置が1以上の追加のサンプリングセクションをさらに備え、各追加のサンプリングセクションが各自の針、注射器、吸引源を含む、請求項12のシステム。
- システムを肌に装着するステップであって、前記システムが
前記肌に侵入するように構成される針と、
注射器と、
吸引を提供するように構成される吸引源と、
前記吸引源によって提供される吸引に応じるように構成される封止材と、
を備える、システムを肌に装着するステップと、
前記針を前記肌に打ち込んで前記肌に穿孔を形成した後に前記針を前記肌から引き抜くように前記注射器を動作させるステップと、
を備える方法であって、
前記針を前記肌に打ち込むように前記注射器を動作させるステップが、前記針を前記封止材に貫通させて前記封止材に少なくとも1つの穴を形成することをさらに備え、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記肌に形成された前記穿孔から前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通って血液を引き込むように構成される方法。 - 前記注射器が、
(a)前記針を少なくとも部分的に配置するチャンバと、
(b)前記チャンバ内に配置され、前記針が連結され、前記チャンバ内を摺動可能に移動するように構成されるピストンと、
(c)前記ピストンを前記チャンバ内で摺動可能に移動させて、前記封止材を貫通して前記針を肌に打ち込むように構成される噴射剤と、
を備え、
前記針を前記肌に打ち込むように前記注射器を動作させるステップが前記噴射剤を噴射することを備える、請求項14の方法。 - システムがセンサをさらに備え、
前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて血液を前記センサまで引き込むように構成され、
前記センサを動作させて前記センサにさらされる血液の特性を検出するステップをさらに備える、請求項14の方法。 - 前記身体装着可能装置が血液保管要素をさらに備え、
前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が、前記封止材に形成された前記少なくとも1つの穴を通じて血液を前記血液保管要素まで引き込むように構成され、前記血液保管要素が、前記吸引によって前記血液保管要素まで引き込まれた血液を保管するように構成され、
前記血液保管要素に保管される血液を感知装置に提供するステップと、
前記感知装置を動作させて、前記感知装置に提供される血液の特性を検出するステップと、をさらに備える、請求項14の方法。 - 肌に侵入するように構成される針と、
前記針を前記肌に打ち込んで、前記肌に穿孔を形成するように構成される注射器と、
回収チャンバと、
吸引を提供して、前記肌に形成された前記穿孔から前記回収チャンバへと血液を引き込むように形成される吸引源と、
を備えるシステム。 - センサをさらに備え、前記センサが前記センサにさらされる血液の特性を検出するように構成され、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引がシステム内の前記センサまで血液を引き込むように構成される、請求項18のシステム。
- 前記針が中空であり、前記吸引源によって提供される前記吸引が前記針を通じて提供されて、前記吸引源によってシステムに引き込まれる血液が前記中空針を通じて引き込まれる、請求項18のシステム。
