Claims (15)
- 軸中心線(X)を中心とする本体(40)と、前記本体(40)に対して偏心的に配置された円筒形ピストン(10)とを備えることにより、前記本体(40)と前記円筒形ピストン(10)との間にチャンバが作り出されるようになっている、回転圧縮機装置(100)であって、
前記装置(100)は、オフセット軸線(Y)に配置され、かつ前記軸中心線(X)の周りを旋回する、衛星要素(50)を更に備えることにより、前記衛星要素(50)の前記旋回によって、前記円筒形ピストン(10)は、前記本体(40)に沿って前記軸中心線(X)の周りを回転するよう随伴されるようになっており、前記軸中心線(X)と前記オフセット軸線(Y)との間の相対距離が、前記円筒形ピストン(10)の回転の間の、前記チャンバ内部での前記本体(40)と前記円筒形ピストン(10)との接触を確実にするようなものである、回転圧縮機装置(100)。 - 前記円筒形ピストン(10)の回転の間、前記円筒形ピストン(10)の内壁に接触するような態様で前記本体(40)の内部で滑動可能な、少なくとも1つの封止ピストン(30)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記円筒形ピストン(10)が前記本体(40)の周りを回転する際に、前記少なくとも1つの封止ピストン(30)が前記円筒形ピストン(10)の前記内壁に接触するように、前記少なくとも1つの封止ピストン(30)に対して圧力を加える、張力付与装置を更に備える、請求項2に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの封止ピストン(30)が、前記円筒形ピストン(10)の回転によって容積が減少する、少なくとも1つの圧縮チャンバ(110)を作り出すことにより、圧縮性流体が、吐出される前に圧縮されるようになっている、請求項2又は3に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記衛星要素(50)が、前記軸中心線(X)の周りを旋回すると共に、前記本体(40)に沿った前記円筒形ピストン(10)の前記回転とは反対の方向で、前記オフセット軸線(Y)の周りを回転する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記軸中心線(X)の周りを旋回するように前記衛星要素(50)を駆動する、モータを更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記衛星要素(50)が、2000〜6500rpmの間に含まれる速度で、前記軸中心線(X)の周りを旋回する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記オフセット軸線(Y)が、前記円筒形ピストン(10)の回転の間の、前記衛星要素(50)と前記円筒形ピストン(10)との持続的な接触を確実にするために、予め応力が加えられるように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記軸中心線(X)と前記オフセット軸線(Y)との間の前記距離を確立するように構成された、較正装置を更に備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記圧縮性流体が、冷媒ガスを含む、請求項4に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記圧縮性流体と共に潤滑油も提供され、前記潤滑油が、前記圧縮性流体と相溶性がある、請求項4又は10に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記本体(40)と前記円筒形ピストン(10)との間に作り出される少なくとも1つの圧縮チャンバ(110)を、高さ方向で緊密な態様で閉鎖するように配置された、上部プレート(60)及び下部プレート(70)を更に備える、請求項4〜11のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記上部プレート及び/又は前記下部プレートの間に配置された、少なくとも1つの仕切要素を更に備えることにより、少なくとも1つの圧縮チャンバ(110)の緊密な封止、及び前記円筒形ピストン(10)の移動が可能となっている、請求項12に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの仕切要素が、低摩擦材料を含む、請求項13に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の回転圧縮機装置(100)を備える、冷却/冷凍システム。
