Abstract
Description
タービン10に設置するブレード10の数および半径を調節して同じ流速で角速度を高めることで高効率の発電が行われるようにし、ブレード10の先端と発電案内部41との間に一定の間隔による速度水頭を作り、発電案内部41の内部で展開された状態で水圧を受けるブレード20に同じ圧力を発生させ、前記ブレード20の2〜5個が発電案内部41で展開された状態で回転しながら、タービン軸11に展開されたブレード20の数に相応する回転力を発生させて高効率の発電が行われるようにする。
Claims (5)
- コンクリートベース(60)の上側に一定の間隔で設置する高さ調節ガイド(61、62)と、前記高さ調節ガイド(61、62)に前方と後方が連結される案内ガイド(70)同士の間に設置し、上側の流速案内部(32)の先端にブレード案内部(33)を形成する流速案内下部ガイド(30)と、前記流速案内下部ガイド(30)にタービン軸(11)で設置し、外周部にブレード溝(12)を形成するタービン(10)と、前記ブレード溝(12)内でタービン(10)を貫通する固定軸(21)に連結し、流速で展開されながらタービン(10)を回転させるブレード(20)と、および、前記流速案内下部ガイド(30)の上側で高さ調節ガイド(62)に連結した案内ガイド(70)同士の間に設置し、タービン(10)の外周部からブレード(20)が展開されながら移動する発電案内部(41)を有する流速案内上部ガイド(40)と、を含んでなる河川用水力発電装置において、
前記発電案内部(41)は、タービン(10)の外周部から一定の間隔を有し、ブレード(20)が展開された状態で移動しながら発電案内部(41)とブレード(20)の先端との間に一定の間隔で空隙による速度水頭を作ってタービン(10)に回転力を与え、発電案内部(41)の内部空間で各ブレード(20)に同じ流量と圧力を発生させ、水の流速とブレード(20)の移動方向が一致してタービン(10)を回転させることで効率を得て発電が行われるように設置し、
前記発電案内部(41)を通過して排水空間(45)から放出される流速および水圧が、タービンの外側の流速案内下部ガイド(30)と流速案内上部ガイド(40)で発生する流速および水圧と同じ又はそれより大きくなるようにして、流量が容易にタービンから放出されるように設置することを特徴とする、河川用水力発電装置。 - 前記流速案内下部ガイド(30)は、高さ調節ガイド(61、62)に下部連結軸(35、35a)で連結されてコンクリートベース(60)と当接して河川の底に設置する、或いは下側に水が流れるように底から浮かせるために高さを調節し、前記流速案内上部ガイド(40)は、高さ調節ガイド(62)と上部連結軸(44)で高さが調節されるように連結されて発電が行われるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の河川用水力発電装置。
- 前記流速案内上部ガイド(40)は、タービン(10)の外側の周りに形成した発電案内部(41)の先端から放出される流速および水圧が、タービンの外側の流速案内下部ガイド(30)と流速案内上部ガイド(40)で発生する流速および水圧と同じ又はそれより大きくなるようにする排水空間(45)を形成する上部排水部(42)が水平方向に長く形成され、ブレード(20)を通過した水の流れ方向が屈曲した後にも一直線に流れるようにし、上側には、水中に潜水した状態で上側へ流れる水の流速が正常に移動するように案内する流線型のガイド上部案内部(43)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の河川用水力発電装置。
- 前記流速案内上部ガイド(40)は、前方にゲート回転軸(54)で角度が調節され、タービン(10)へ供給される水の流速および供給量を制御することにより、タービン(10)の角速度を高めて回転エネルギーを極大化させる調節ゲート(50)をさらに設置し、
前記調節ゲート(50)は、前方上側でゲート軸(51)と連結されるシリンダー軸(53)がゲート調節シリンダ(52)を介してタービン軸(11)に連結されて角度が調節されるように設置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の河川用水力発電装置。 - 前記案内ガイド(70)は、流速案内下部ガイド(30)と流速案内上部ガイド(40)の両側に設置され、タービン(10)の両側に突出し、固定軸(21)の先端が固定ブッシング(15)で連結されたタービンカバー(16)が回転可能に結合し、タービン軸(11)が貫通して回転するように設置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の河川用水力発電装置。
