Claims (13)
- 固定領域(162)およびプラットフォーム(160)を有し、ブレード先端部(167)にて終端するブレード翼(166)が前記プラットフォーム(160)上に配置された、ガスタービン(100)用のロータブレード(120)を製造するための方法であって、
- 補強具(144)を製造するステップと、
- 前記補強具(144)の少なくとも一部の周囲に前記ロータブレード(120)の第1の部分を鋳造するステップと、
- 3Dプリンティング方法により前記ロータブレード(120)の第2の部分を作製するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記補強具(144)は、ステイ(148、150)を備え、前記ステイ(148、150)は、前記ロータブレード先端部(167)の領域から前記プラットフォーム(160)まで延在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補強具は、ステイ(148)を備え、前記ステイ(148)は、前記ロータブレード先端部(167)の前記領域から前記固定領域(162)まで延在する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記固定領域(162)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記プラットフォーム(160)を備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分は、前記ブレード翼(166)の1つの領域に、前記補強具(144)の前記ステイ(148、150)の少なくとも一部のためのシース(164)を備える、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記補強具(144)は、鋼から製造される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分は、前記ブレード翼(166)の1つの領域を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷却ダクトが、前記第2の部分を作製する前記ステップの最中に前記ブレード翼(166)の前記領域に配置される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 選択的レーザ融着が、前記3Dプリンティング方法として利用される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
