Claims (9)
- 頭蓋内圧の非侵襲的評価のための方法であって、
画像記録装置を提供することと、
前記画像記録装置を使用して人間の眼の網膜部の少なくとも1つの画像を記録することと、
前記少なくとも1つの画像において、少なくとも1本の動脈と、前記動脈と関連付けられた少なくとも1本の静脈とを特定することと、
前記画像において、特定された動脈の第1の特有の径の値を決定することと、
前記画像において、特定された静脈の第2の特有の径の値を決定することと、
前記第1及び第2の特有の径の値に基づいた動静脈比を計算することと、
前記動静脈比を閾値と比較することと、を含む方法。 - 前記網膜部は、視神経円板を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 使用している人間の少なくとも1つの心拍サイクルに関する情報を記録することと、
前記人間の心拍サイクル中の所定時間記録された画像に基づいて前記計算を実行することとをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの心拍サイクルに関する前記情報は、前記画像記録装置を使用して、前記人間の眼の前記網膜部の複数の画像を記録することによって記録される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記人間の少なくとも1つの呼吸サイクルに関する情報を記録することと、
前記人間の前記呼吸サイクル中に所定時間記録された画像に基づいて前記計算を実行することとをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの呼吸サイクルに関する前記情報は、前記画像記録装置を使用して前記人間の眼の前記網膜部の複数の画像を記録することによって記録される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 非侵襲的頭蓋内圧測定を実行するための装置であって、
人間の眼の網膜部の少なくとも1つの画像を記録するように構成された画像記録装置と、
前記少なくとも1つの画像において、少なくとも1本の動脈と、前記動脈と関連付けられた少なくとも1本の静脈とを特定して、前記画像において、特定された動脈の第1の特有の径の値と、特定された静脈の第2の特有の径の値とを決定するように構成された画像処理装置と、
前記第1及び第2の特有の径の値に基づいた動静脈比を計算して、前記動静脈比を所定の閾値と比較するように構成されたデータ処理装置と、
前記所定の閾値を超えているか否かを決定することができる前記比較に基づいた情報を出力するための出力装置と、を具備する装置。 - 人間の心拍サイクルを決定するための手段をさらに具備し、
前記データ処理装置は、さらに、前記動静脈比を前記所定の閾値と比較するときに前記心拍サイクルと前記少なくとも1つの画像の記録とに関する時間情報を考慮するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の装置。 - 患者の呼吸サイクルを決定するための手段をさらに具備し、
前記データ処理装置は、さらに、前記動静脈比を前記所定の閾値と比較するときに前記呼吸サイクルと前記画像の前記記録に関する時間情報を考慮するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
