2つの試験農場で製造された乳(農場I:乳牛1100頭、農場II:乳牛420頭)のビタミンD濃度を試験した。飲食や休息の場所を自由に選択できる、ストレスを軽減する放牧システムを備えた畜舎で動物を飼育し、牧草や草をベースにした飼料を与えた。昼間期(場合によっては夜間期)に搾乳を行った。以下の光周期で動物を飼育した。
(実施例1〜7)
VIS成分(380〜780nm):約90.85%
UVA成分(315〜380nm):約9%
UVB成分(280〜315nm):約0.15%
UVC成分(200〜280nm):0%。
・動物の疾患の発生率と増殖率の減少
・農場の獣医にかかる費用の減少
・1頭あたりの搾乳量の5%を超える増加。
(実施例8〜12)
VIS成分(380〜780nm):約90%
UVA成分(315〜380nm):約9%
UVB成分(280〜315nm):約1%
UVC成分(200〜280nm):0%。
・動物の疾患の発生率と増殖率の減少
・農場の獣医にかかる費用の減少
・1頭あたりの搾乳量の5%を超える増加。
Claims (20)
- UVA光とUVB光を発するランプを有する少なくとも1つの照明器具を含む屋根付きの囲いの中で1頭以上の泌乳動物に照射を行うことと前記動物の搾乳を行うことを含む、高含有量の天然ビタミンD3を含む乳の製造方法。
- 前記照明器具は300nmの波長のUVB光を通すランプカバーを有し、前記ランプカバーは石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリメチルペンテン、フッ化エチレンプロピレン、またはポリテトラフルオロエチレンで構成されていることが好ましい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乳の天然ビタミンD3の含有量を増加するためおよび/または1頭あたりの搾乳量を増加するための請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプの発光スペクトルは可視光を含み、かつ/または前記ランプの演色評価数は40より高く、70より高いことが好ましい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプの発光スペクトルのうちVIS域での発光成分は少なくとも70%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプの発光スペクトルのうちUVB光成分は前記ランプの放射照度の少なくとも0.1%であり、少なくとも0.2%であることがより好ましく、かつ/または前記ランプの発光スペクトルのうちUVB光成分は前記ランプの放射照度の5%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプの発光スペクトルのうちUVB光成分は前記ランプの放射照度の少なくとも0.5%であり、かつ/または前記ランプの発光スペクトルのうちUVB光成分は前記放射照度の5%未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプはガス放電ランプ、蛍光ランプ、ハロゲン金属蒸気ランプ、LEDランプから選択され、かつ/または前記ランプはフルスペクトル・ランプである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光ランプは低圧放電ランプである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプは蛍光物質としてホウリン酸ストロンチウム:Eu、および/またはリン酸ストロンチウムマグネシウム:Sn、および/またはアルミン酸バリウムマグネシウム:Ce、および/またはリン酸ランタン:Ceを含む蛍光ランプである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記動物の日周リズムは第1の照明計画を伴う昼間期と第2の照明計画を伴う夜間期に分けられ、前記照明器具は前記昼間期には少なくともある程度の時間の照明の目的で使用され、かつ/または500nm以上の波長域の光を発し500nm未満の波長域の光を本質的に発光しない光源が前記夜間期に使用される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記夜間期に使用される光源はLEDランプまたはナトリウム蒸気ランプである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記動物はヒツジ、ヤギ、またはウシであり、特にウシである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記照明器具は防塵性であり、かつ強い水の噴流に対し保護性をもち、IP65等級であることが好ましい、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランプカバーは前記照明器具のハウジングに固定され、前記ランプカバーと前記ハウジングの間には滑石を塗布した封止材が配置されている、請求項2〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 屋根付きの囲いの中で1頭以上の泌乳動物に対して照射を行うためのUVA光とUVB光を発するランプを有する照明器具の使用。
- 前記動物の乳の天然ビタミンD3含有量を増加するため、および/または1頭あたりの搾乳量を増加するための請求項16に記載の照明器具の使用。
- 前記照明器具は300nmの波長のUVB光を通すランプカバーを有する、請求項16または17に記載の照明器具の使用。
- UVA光およびUVB光を発するランプを有する少なくとも1つの照明器具が固定された、泌乳動物の飼育用の屋根付きの囲い(特に畜舎)であって、前記照明器具は300nmの波長のUVB光を通すランプカバーを有することが好ましい、囲い。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法で得られる高含有量の天然ビタミンD3を含む乳であって、前記ビタミンD3含有量は乳100mlあたり1.5μgよりも多いことが好ましい、乳。
