Claims (20)

地熱プロセスにおける生産井に有効量の腐食抑制剤ブレンドを添加することを含み、前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが、エーテル化合物、四級アンモニウム化合物、及び脂肪酸アミン縮合物を含む、方法。 - 高圧蒸気分離器、標準圧力結晶器、低圧蒸気分離器、凝縮器、沈殿槽、還元井、及びパイプラインからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの追加的な場所に、第2の有効量の前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エーテル化合物が、アルコール官能基を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エーテル化合物が、ブトキシエタノール、エチレングリコールモノプロピルエーテル、エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが、約10重量%〜約30重量%の前記エーテル化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記四級アンモニウム化合物が、ベンジルジメチルドデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルテトラデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルヘキサデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルオクタデシルアンモニウムクロリド、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが、約50重量%〜約60重量%の前記四級アンモニウム化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸アミン縮合物が、アミンを、カルボン酸及び約10〜約30個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素鎖を含む脂肪酸と反応させることによって調製される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が、トール油脂肪酸、ラウリン酸、ステアリン酸、リン酸エステル、プロペン酸、オレイン酸、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記アミンが、アミノエチル−1,2−エタンジアミンである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが、約10重量%〜約20重量%の前記脂肪酸アミン縮合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有効量が、約1ppm〜約100ppmを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の有効量が、約1ppm〜約100ppmを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 地熱プロセスにおいて金属表面の腐食を抑制する方法であって、
地熱媒体に有効量の腐食抑制剤ブレンドを添加することを含み、前記腐食抑制剤ブレンドが、エーテル化合物、四級アンモニウム化合物、及び脂肪酸アミン縮合物を含む、方法。 - 前記地熱媒体が、液体ブライン、蒸気、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 生産井、高圧蒸気分離器、標準圧力結晶器、低圧蒸気分離器、凝縮器、沈殿槽、還元井、またはパイプラインが、前記地熱媒体を備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記エーテル化合物が、ブトキシエタノール、エチレングリコールモノプロピルエーテル、エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記四級アンモニウム化合物が、ベンジルジメチルドデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルテトラデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルヘキサデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルオクタデシルアンモニウムクロリド、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記脂肪酸アミン縮合物が、アミンを、カルボン酸及び約10〜約30個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素鎖を含む脂肪酸と反応させることによって調製される、請求項14に記載の方法。

- 前記エーテル化合物が、ブトキシエタノール、エチレングリコールモノプロピルエーテル、エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記四級アンモニウム化合物が、ベンジルジメチルドデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルテトラデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルヘキサデシルアンモニウムクロリド、ベンジルジメチルオクタデシルアンモニウムクロリド、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記脂肪酸アミン縮合物が、アミンを、カルボン酸及び約10〜約30個の炭素原子を含む炭化水素鎖を含む脂肪酸と反応させることによって調製される、請求項19に記載の腐食抑制剤ブレンド。
