Claims (17)

  1. 気管支肺異形成症(BPD)を有するか、またはBPDを発症する危険性のある乳児における1つ以上の臨床転帰の改善するためのヒト乳組成物であって、前記ヒト乳組成物が、低温殺菌ヒト乳クリーム組成物で強化されており、前記低温殺菌ヒト乳クリーム組成物が、約2.0kcal/mL〜約3.0kcal/mLを含む、ヒト乳組成物。
  2. 前記低温殺菌ヒト乳クリーム組成物が、約25%の脂肪および約2.5kcal/mLを含む、請求項1に記載のヒト乳組成物。
  3. 前記低温殺菌ヒト乳クリーム組成物で強化したヒト乳組成物が、経腸的に投与される、請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 前記改善された臨床転帰が、病院でのより短い入院期間および/または退院時におけるより早い月経後年齢である、請求項1に記載のヒト乳組成物。
  5. 低出生体重児における1つ以上の臨床転帰の改善するための標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物であって、前記標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物が、約1.5g/100kcal〜約3.0g/100kcalのタンパク質対エネルギー比を含む、標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  6. 前記標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物が、約1.8g/100kcal〜約2.8g/100kcalのタンパク質対エネルギー比を含む、請求項5に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  7. 前記標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物が、経腸的に投与される、請求項5に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  8. 前記改善された臨床転帰が、病院でのより短い入院期間および/または退院時におけるより早い月経後年齢である、請求項5に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  9. 約1.5g/100kcal〜約3.0g/100kcalのエネルギー比を含む、標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  10. 約1.8g/100kcalのタンパク質対エネルギー比を含む、請求項9に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  11. 約38Cal/oz、約23mg/mLのヒト乳タンパク質及び約97mg/mLのヒト乳脂肪を含む、請求項10に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  12. 約2.34g/100kcalのタンパク質対エネルギー比を含む、請求項9に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
  13. 約38Cal/oz、約30mg/mLのヒト乳タンパク質及び約94mg/mLのヒト乳脂肪を含む、請求項12に記載の標準化高脂肪ヒト乳組成物。
