Claims (10)
- 同じ回転軸線(7)を中心としてそれぞれ回転する、駆動部材(8、9)とよばれる駆動機械部材と、受容部材(10)とよばれる被駆動機械部材との間にタービンエンジンに確実に取り付けられるように意図された機械的ヒューズであり、いったんヒューズが前記駆動部材(8、9)と受容部材(10)との間に取り付けられると、前記回転軸線(7)に平行な長手方向に延在する本体(13)を備える機械的ヒューズであって、
前記本体(13)が、複数の長手方向バー(14)を備え、各バー(14)が、破断可能な機械的ヒューズを形成するように、すべてのバーに加えられるねじりモーメントの作用によって曲げにより変形されるのに適していることを特徴とする、機械的ヒューズ。 - ヒューズを前記駆動部材(8、9)に可逆的に連結するための手段を備え、その手段が、遠位端(20)とよばれる、前記本体(13)の長手方向端部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヒューズ。
- 前記本体(13)の前記遠位端が、円錐形部分または円筒部分を有し、その部分が、前記駆動部材の円錐形部分(22)または円筒部分に適合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の機械的ヒューズ。
- ヒューズを前記受容部材(10)に可逆的に連結するための手段を備え、その手段が、近位端(21)とよばれる、前記本体(13)の長手方向端部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ。
- 前記本体(13)の前記近位端が、前記受容部材(10)に取り付けられるのに適した取付け板(25)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機械的ヒューズ。
- 前記本体(13)が中空であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の機械的ヒューズ。
- 前記近位端(21)を通して前記中空本体(13)に受け入れられ、遠位端(20)の前記円錐形部分を、前記駆動部材(8、9)の前記接合する円錐形部分(22)に当接して配置できるのに適しているストラット(29)を備えることを特徴とする、まとめられた請求項3、4および6に記載の機械的ヒューズ。
- 前記ストラット(29)が、ヒューズの機械的破損があった場合には前記受容部材(10)の軸線方向移動を制限することを可能にする肩部(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のヒューズ。
- 前記本体(13)が円筒形であり、前記本体(13)の周りに均等に配置される3つのバー(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のヒューズ。
- 駆動軸(9)と、前記軸(9)に片持ち状に取り付けられるインペラ(10)とを備えるタービンエンジンの冷却ユニットであって、前記駆動軸(9)と前記インペラ(10)との間に配置される請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の機械的ヒューズ(12)を備えることを特徴とする、冷却ユニット。
