Thereby, since the edge part of the panel 110 closely_contact | adheres to the auxiliary | assistant material 114 and the step part 104a (because the opening part of the frame 103 is obstruct | occluded by the panel 110), sound insulation is ensured.

In the sound insulation panel described in Patent Literature 1, the adhesion between the panel and the frame is insufficient due to a shift in the fixing position of the pressing edge to the frame or the fixing position of the auxiliary material to the frame. There is.

The objective of this invention is providing the sound insulation panel which can ensure the adhesiveness of a panel and a frame.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sound insulation panel that is attached between the bending portions of a pair of struts each having a bending portion and arranged so as to be adjacent to each other. A frame having a pair of horizontal frames extending along the connecting direction and a pair of vertical frames connecting the end portions of the horizontal frames and having a shape curved along the curved portion, and a rectangular and flat plate shape A panel that is formed on the frame body, and that can be fixed to the frame body, and that restricts detachment of the panel from the frame body in a state of being fixed to the frame body A member, and a pressing member that is provided between the frame body and the panel and presses the panel toward the regulating member, and each vertical frame is curved so as to be along the bending portion. And the panel And a holding portion for holding the regulating member at a position facing the curved receiving portion across the panel, and the pressing member includes the curved receiving portion and an edge portion of the panel. The sound insulation panel is provided between the curved receiving portion and the edge of the panel so that the pressing force of the panel against the regulating member changes.

In the sound insulation panel, a pressing member is provided between the curved receiving portion and the edge of the panel, and the pressing force to the panel regulating member can be adjusted by the pressing member. It is possible to ensure the adhesiveness, that is, soundproofing.

In this case, the pressing member includes a bolt having a head portion and a shaft portion, and a pop nut that holds the shaft portion of the bolt, and the bending receiving portion has an axial direction of the pop nut that is curved. It is preferable to have a support part that supports the pop nut so as to be parallel to the direction connecting the receiving part and the regulating member.

If it does in this way, the pressing force to the control member of a panel can be adjusted by rotating a volt | bolt with respect to the pop nut supported by the support part.

Furthermore, in this case, the pressing member includes a nut that is screwed to the bolt shaft between the bolt head and the pop nut, and a washer provided between the nut and the pop nut. It is preferable to further have.

In this case, by tightening the nut toward the pop nut, the relative rotation of the bolt with respect to the pop nut is regulated, so that the distance between the curved receiving portion and the edge of the panel is reduced, that is, the panel regulating member A decrease in the pressing force to the is suppressed.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sound insulation panel that can ensure adhesion between the panel and the frame.

It is sectional drawing of the sound insulation panel of one Embodiment of this invention. It is sectional drawing in the II-II line | wire of FIG. It is a perspective view of the conventional noise barrier. It is a disassembled perspective view of the conventional sound insulation panel.

A soundproof wall according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The soundproof wall includes a plurality of columns 101 (see FIG. 3) and a plurality of sound insulation panels 1 (see FIG. 1). In addition, the structure of each support | pillar 101 is the same as the past (what is shown by FIG. 3).

Each sound insulation panel 1 includes a frame body 10, a panel 40, a regulating member 50, and a pressing member 60.

The frame 10 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and is inserted into the curved portion 101 a of the support column 101. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame 10 includes a pair of horizontal frames 20 and a pair of vertical frames 30.

Each horizontal frame 20 has a shape extending linearly along a direction (a direction in which the plurality of support columns 101 are arranged) connecting the curved portions 101a. Each horizontal frame 20 includes a flat receiving portion 22 that receives the panel 40, and an upright portion 24 that rises from the outer end portion of the receiving portion 22. The standing portion 24 has a shape that covers an edge portion of the panel 40 that extends along the longitudinal direction of the panel 40 from the outside. The inner surface of the standing part 24 is formed flat. The receiving part 22 and the standing part 24 are formed in a hollow shape.

Each vertical frame 30 connects the ends of the horizontal frames 20. Each vertical frame 30 includes a main body 32 and a curved receiving portion 34 connected to the main body 32.

The main body 32 has a shape that bends along the bending portion 101a. The main body 32 is formed in a flat plate shape and has an inner portion 33 that faces the edge portion 40 a of the panel 40. The main body 32 has a shape that opens to the outside (side facing the support column 101).

The curved receiving portion 34 protrudes inward from the inner side portion 33 of the main body 32 and has a shape that curves along the bending portion 101a (main body 32). The curved receiving portion 34 receives the panel 40. The curved receiving part 34 is formed in a hollow shape.

The panel 40 is formed in a rectangular shape and a flat plate shape. The panel 40 is held by the frame body 10. Specifically, the panel 40 is installed in the receiving part 22 and the curved receiving part 34. The panel 40 has translucency. For example, the panel 40 is made of polycarbonate.

The restriction member 50 can be fixed to the frame body 10 and restricts the detachment of the panel 40 from the frame body 10 in a state of being fixed to the frame body 10. The regulating member 50 includes a lateral regulating material 52 and a longitudinal regulating material 54.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lateral regulating member 52 is formed in a rectangular tube shape. The lateral regulating member 52 is fixed to the inner surface of the upright portion 24 of the lateral frame 20 with a fixing tool 53 such as a screw. More specifically, the lateral regulating member 52 is fixed to a portion of the inner surface of the upright portion 24 that sandwiches the panel 40 by the lateral regulating member 52 and the receiving portion 22. A seal member 70 made of rubber or the like is provided between the lateral regulating member 52 and the panel 40.

As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical regulating member 54 is formed in a square cylinder shape. The vertical regulating member 54 is fixed to the inner portion 33 of the vertical frame 30 with a fixing tool 55 such as a rivet. That is, the portion of the inner portion 33 where the vertical regulating member 54 is fixed corresponds to the holding portion 33 a that holds the vertical regulating member 54. The holding portion 33 a holds the vertical regulating member 54 at a position facing the curved receiving portion 34 with the panel 40 interposed therebetween. The vertical regulating member 54 is fixed to the holding portion 33a by a fixing tool 55 such as a rivet from the opening side of the main body 32. For this reason, the fixture 55 is not exposed on the inner side surface 54 a of the longitudinal regulating member 54. Further, after the vertical regulating member 54 is fixed to the holding portion 33 a, the opening portion of the main body 32 is closed by the closing member 36.

The pressing member 60 is provided between the curved receiving portion 34 of each vertical frame 30 and the edge portion 40 a of the panel 40, and presses the panel 40 toward the vertical regulating member 54 of the regulating member 50. The pressing member 60 can change the distance between each curved receiving portion 34 and the edge portion 40a of the panel 40 so that the pressing force of the panel 40 to the vertical regulating member 54 changes. Specifically, the pressing member 60 has a plurality of sets of bolts 62, pop nuts 64, nuts 66, and washers 68 (three sets on each of the one curved receiving portion 34 side and the other curved receiving portion 34 side). Yes. Each bolt 62, pop nut 64, nut 66, and washer 68 are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the curved receiving portion 34. One set of each bolt 62, pop nut 64, nut 66, and washer 68 is disposed at the center of the curved receiving portion 34 in the longitudinal direction of the curved receiving portion 34.

The pop nut 64 can support the shaft portion of the bolt 62. The pop nut 64 is supported by the curved receiving portion 34. That is, the portion of the curved receiving portion 34 to which the pop nut 64 is attached corresponds to the support portion 35 (see FIG. 2) that supports the pop nut 64. The support part 35 supports the pop nut 64 so that the axial direction of the pop nut 64 is parallel to the direction connecting the curved receiving part 34 and the longitudinal regulating member 54. For this reason, by rotating the bolt 62 with respect to the pop nut 64, the distance between the curved receiving portion 34 and the edge 40a of the panel 40, that is, the pressing force of the panel 40 to the vertical regulating member 54 is changed. In the present embodiment, the support portion 35 supports the pop nut 64 in a state where the portion of the pop nut 64 that supports the shaft portion of the bolt 62 is located in the curved receiving portion 34. A cushioning material 72 made of rubber or the like is provided between the head of the bolt 62 and the panel 40, and a seal member 70 made of rubber or the like is provided between the panel 40 and the longitudinal regulating material 54. .

The nut 66 is provided between the head of the bolt 62 and the pop nut 64, and the washer 68 is disposed between the nut 66 and the pop nut 64.

As described above, in the sound insulation panel 1 of the present embodiment, the pressing member 60 is provided between the curved receiving portion 34 and the edge portion 40 a of the panel 40, and the pressing member 60 leads to the regulating member 50 of the panel 40. Since the pressing force can be adjusted, adhesion of the panel 40 to the frame body 10, that is, soundproofing can be ensured.

In addition, the curved receiving portion 34 includes a support portion 35 that supports the pop nut 64 so that the axial direction of the pop nut 64 is parallel to the direction connecting the curved receiving portion 34 and the longitudinal regulating member 54. By rotating the bolt 62 with respect to the pop nut 64 supported by 35, the pressing force of the panel 40 on the regulating member 50 can be adjusted. Further, after adjusting the pressing force, the nut 66 is tightened to the pop nut 64 side, whereby the relative rotation of the bolt 62 with respect to the pop nut 64 is restricted. Therefore, the distance between the curved receiving portion 34 and the edge portion 40a of the panel 40. , I.e., a decrease in the pressing force of the panel 40 on the regulating member 50 is suppressed.

The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown not by the above description of the embodiments but by the scope of claims for patent, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims for patent.

For example, if the pressing member 60 can change the distance between the curved receiving portion 34 and the edge portion 40a of the panel 40 so that the pressing force of the panel 40 to the vertical regulating member 54 changes, the bolt 62 and the pop nut 64 can be used. It is not restricted to what has.
