Claims (10)
- ユーザの健康情報が格納されるデータベース100と、
ユーザに取り付けられるか特定の場所に設置されて脳波を含む生体信号を測定し、これを前記データベース100に格納する測定部200と、
前記データベース100に予め格納された健康情報に基づいてユーザの生体信号の基準範囲を算出し、前記測定部200により測定された生体信号と前記基準範囲とを比較および分析し、ユーザの脳卒中の発生を予測する脳卒中判断部300と、
前記脳卒中判断部300が脳卒中が発生したと判断したり脳卒中の発生を予測した場合、これをユーザまたは指定された場所に通知する通知部400と、
前記脳卒中判断部300が判断した脳卒中の予測履歴が格納される脳卒中履歴格納部500とを含むことを特徴とする、脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記脳卒中判断部300は、
前記脳卒中履歴格納部500に履歴が格納された場合、前記履歴と前記データベース100に予め格納されたユーザの健康情報に基づいて、前記基準範囲を算出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記ユーザの健康情報は、
健康診断履歴、健康診断情報およびユーザの測定脳波情報であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記測定部200は、
心電図、筋電図、眼電図、心拍数、血圧、体温、皮膚伝導度および身体の動きから選択される一つ以上をさらに測定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記測定部200は、
ユーザの状態に応じて異なる種類の生体信号を測定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記ユーザの状態は、
運動中、睡眠中、運転中、またはそれ以外の日常生活中であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記測定部200は、
ユーザの状態に応じて異なる位置に設置される信号装置210との通信によりユーザの状態を把握することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記基準範囲は、
ユーザの状態に応じて異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記通知部400は、
ユーザにまたは指定された場所にユーザの状態を通知する時に、通知音を出力してユーザ自身または周りの人に通知するか、家族、保護者または救急医療センターの指定された場所に予め定められた信号を送信することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。 - 前記測定部200により測定された生体信号を分析し、ユーザの心理状態を把握した後、これを前記データベース100に格納する心理分析部をさらに含み、
前記脳卒中判断部300は、ユーザの脳卒中の発生を予測する時に、前記心理分析部に格納したユーザの心理情報を活用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脳卒中モニタリングシステム。
