Claims (3)
- 基準信号を発する基準信号発生器と、測距光を発する発光素子と、前記基準信号に基づき変調信号を生成する変調信号生成部と、前記変調信号に基づき断続発光駆動信号を発して前記発光素子を所定周期でバースト発光させる発光素子駆動回路と、測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光する受光素子と、該受光素子からの受光信号に基づき測定対象物迄の距離を演算する制御演算部とを有し、前記発光素子駆動回路は、変調信号と変調信号を90゜位相シフトした変調信号とを合成した信号を前記断続発光駆動信号として発し、前記制御演算部は、前記受光信号をDFT演算処理し、得られる中間周波数と、該中間周波数に対する側波帯の位相、振幅を求め、前記中間周波数と、前記側波帯に含まれる2つの周波数に基づきバースト周期に対応する周波数の位相を求め、該周波数の位相に基づき距離を演算する光波距離計。
- 前記受光信号は受光信号処理部を介して受光回路に入力され、前記受光信号処理部は、前記受光信号を分岐し、分岐した一方の分岐受光信号に基準信号をミキシングし、分岐した他方の分岐受光信号に90゜位相シフトした基準信号をミキシングし、前記制御演算部に入力する請求項1に記載の光波距離計。
- 前記受光信号処理部は、前記分岐した両分岐受光信号を加算、減算し、更に合成して前記制御演算部に入力し、前記制御演算部は、断続受光信号をパルス信号とし、TOF方式により測定対象物迄の距離を演算する請求項2に記載の光波距離計。
