Abstract
Description
このようにして作製されたCuナノ粒子を担持したNaCl粉末を、35%塩酸(旭硝子製)を水道水で希釈した5%の希塩酸に溶解し、0.1%のNaCl濃度となるように調整したところ、Cuナノ粒子が均一に分散した微酸性電解水用の電解液(1)が得られた。
実施例1のCuナノ粒子を担持したNaCl粉末を、0.1%NaCl水溶液となるように水道水に溶解したところ、Cuナノ粒子が均一に分散した。このCuナノ粒子が分散したNaCl水溶液に、同量の5%NaCl水溶液を加え、Cuナノ粒子が分散した電解次亜水用の電解液(2)が得られた。
実施例1のCuナノ粒子を担持したNaCl粉末を、0.1%NaCl水溶液となるように水道水に溶解したところ、Cuナノ粒子が均一に分散した。このCuナノ粒子が分散したNaCl水溶液に、NaCl単体を溶解し、4%のNaCl水溶液とし、更に、35%塩酸(旭硝子製)を加えて、塩酸濃度を0.4%とし、Cuナノ粒子が分散した中性電解水用電解液(3)が得られた。

Claims (9)
- 塩化物粉末に銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子が担持されていることを特徴とする電解水の製造原料。
- 前記銅又は銅合金が、純銅、又は、Cu−ベリリウム(Be)−コバルト(Co)系、Cu−チタン(Ti)系、Cu−ニッケル(Ni)−シリコン(Si)系、Cu−Ag系、Cu−錫(Sn)系、Cu−クロム(Cr)系、Cu−ジルコニウム(Zr)系の高銅合金であって、前記塩化物が、塩化ナトリウム又は塩化カリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解水の製造原料。
- 前記銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子の平均粒子径が、1〜50nmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電解水の製造原料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の電解水の製造原料を水又は希塩酸に溶解したことを特徴とする電解液。
- 物理蒸着法を用いて前記銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子を塩化物粉末上に堆積することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の電解水の製造原料の製造方法。
- 物理蒸着法を用いて銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子を塩化物粉末上に堆積する第1の工程と、第1の工程で製造された銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子が担持された塩化物粉末を水又は希塩酸に溶解する第2の工程とから成る電解液の製造方法。
- 前記銅又は銅合金が、純銅、又は、Cu−ベリリウム(Be)−コバルト(Co)系、Cu−チタン(Ti)系、Cu−ニッケル(Ni)−シリコン(Si)系、Cu−Ag系、Cu−錫(Sn)系、Cu−クロム(Cr)系、Cu−ジルコニウム(Zr)系の高銅合金であって、前記塩化物が、塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)又は塩化カリウム(KCl)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電解液の製造方法。
- 物理蒸着法を用いて銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子を塩化物粉末上に堆積する第1の工程と、第1の工程で製造された銅又は銅合金のナノ粒子が担持した塩化物粉末を水又は希塩酸に溶解する第2の工程と、第2の工程で製造された電解液を電気分解する工程とから成る電解水の製造方法。
- 前記銅又は銅合金が、純銅、又は、Cu−ベリリウム(Be)−コバルト(Co)系、Cu−チタン(Ti)系、Cu−ニッケル(Ni)−シリコン(Si)系、Cu−Ag系、Cu−錫(Sn)系、Cu−クロム(Cr)系、Cu−ジルコニウム(Zr)系の高銅合金であって、前記塩化物が、塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)又は塩化カリウム(KCl)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電解水の製造方法。
