Description
Claims (10)
- 流体制御システムのための制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャであって、
複数の被制御エンドポイントデバイスへの流体流を制御するように適合された複数のノードであって、前記複数のノードの各ノードが、複数の単動被制御エンドポイントデバイスまたは1つの複動被制御エンドポイントデバイスへの流体流を独立して制御するように構成可能である、複数のノードを備える、制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。 - 前記複数のノードの各ノードが、ソレノイドと、前記ソレノイドによって独立して制御可能な1つ以上のバルブスプールと、前記ソレノイドを制御するように動作可能なローカル制御装置とを備える、請求項1に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記ソレノイド、前記1つ以上のバルブスプール、及び前記ローカル制御装置が、物理的に共同設置されている、請求項2に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記ソレノイドが、パイロットバルブまたは直動バルブの中に具現化されている、請求項2または3に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記複数のノードの各ノードが、データ通信ネットワークを介したデータの通信のために一意的に識別可能である、請求項1または2に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記複数のノードの各ノードが、前記複数のノードの他のノードとのデータ通信のためにデイジーチェーン可能である、請求項5に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記複数のノードの各ノードが、データ通信のために個々にアドレス指定可能である、請求項5に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記複数のノードの第1の群のノードが、制御ブロックに物理的にまとめて配置され、前記制御ブロックがデータメッセージを通信するための通信モジュールを備え、
前記通信モジュールが、前記制御ブロックへの、また前記制御ブロックからのデータメッセージの通信のための、通信ゲートウェイとして動作するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。 - 前記通信モジュールが、可変長フォーマットと固定長フォーマットとの間でデータメッセージを変換し、かつデータメッセージを受信し、再一斉送信するための中継器として動作するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
- 前記制御ブロックが第1の制御ブロックを含み、前記複数のノードの第2の群のノードが第2の制御ブロックに物理的にまとめて配置され、前記第2の制御ブロックがデータメッセージを通信するための通信モジュールを備え、前記第1の制御ブロックの前記通信モジュール及び前記第2の制御ブロックの前記通信モジュールが、前記第1の制御ブロックと前記第2の制御ブロックとの間でデータメッセージを通信するように動作可能である、請求項8に記載の制御システムネットワークアーキテクチャ。
