Abstract
Description
図1は、本明細書において記載される資産追跡管理デバイス、方法、装置、システムおよび/または技法が機能することができる例示的なシステム5を示す。システム5は、工程管理プラントの工程管理環境、センサネットワーク、工場または製造プラント、製造所、または工程管理技法または戦略が使用される任意の他の環境を含むことができる。「資産」という用語は、本明細書において使用される場合、工程管理環境に関連付けられる生物学的または物理的実体を指す。例えば、生物学的資産は、操作者、保守要員、または、工程管理環境に対応する職務を実行する任意の従業員もしくは請負業者のような人間であってもよい。別の例では、生物学的資産は、危険物または不法物質を見つけるように訓練されている犬または他の動物(通常、必須ではないが、人間と同一ロケーションに配置される)であってもよい。事実、生物学的資産は工程管理関連職務をまったく実行する必要はなく、検査官、学生、または訪問者のような、物理的に工程管理環境の範囲または境界内にある任意の人または動物であってもよい。一般的に、生物学的資産は、工程管理環境102内のその所在を知ることまたは追跡管理することが望ましい場合がある任意の生物学的実体であり得る。
Claims (3)
- 工程管理環境内で、前記工程管理環境内の工程変数の管理または監視に関連するデータの送信のために定義され且つ特定の絶対空間位置を示す地理的測位システムからの位置データを含むメッセージを送受信するための工業オートメーションプロトコルに従って動作する通信ネットワークに通信可能に結合されるホストによって実行される資産追跡管理方法であって、
前記ホストが、前記通信ネットワークを介して、前記工程管理環境の前記特定の資産に対応し且つ前記工業オートメーションプロトコルに従うメッセージを受信すること、
前記ホストが、前記絶対空間位置に基づいて、前記工程管理環境内において既知の基準点の空間位置に関して定義される相対空間位置を求めること、
各前記メッセージ、前記相対空間位置、および、タイムスタンプの各指示の各々の内容をデータストレージデバイス内に記憶すること、
要求に応答して、前記記憶されている内容の少なくとも一部を提示すること、
を含み、
前記記憶されている内容の前記一部は、前記相対空間位置を含む、
資産追跡管理方法。 - 前記メッセージを受信することは、前記工程管理環境に関連付けられる物理的実体または生物学的実体に対応するメッセージを受信することを含む、請求項1に記載の資産追跡管理方法。
- 前記物理的実体は、
前記工程管理環境内の管理ループ内で使用される工程変数の管理または監視の少なくとも一方を実行する野外装置、
前記工程管理環境内の物理ロケーション、
前記工程管理環境の一個の機器、
前記工程管理環境内で使用もしくは製造される材料、または
前記工程管理環境に対応するバッチ
のうちの1つであり、
前記工程管理環境に関連付けられる前記生物学的実体は人である、
