Abstract
【解決手段】タービン翼(1)を冷却する構造において、高温ガス流路(GP)に対して凹状に湾曲する第1翼壁(3)と、凸状に湾曲する第2翼壁(5)との間に形成された冷却通路(17)と、前記冷却通路に面する両壁面上に設けられた複数のリブを格子状に重ねて構成したラティス構造体(23)と、前記冷却通路の下流側端部に設けられて、冷却通路内の冷却媒体(CL)を外部へ排出する冷媒排出口(25)と、前記第2翼壁(5)の、冷媒排出口(25)の外部へ延設された部分である露出壁部(27)と、前記冷却通路の、前記ラティス構造体の出口(23a)から前記冷媒排出口(25)までの部分であって、前記第1翼壁(3)および第2翼壁(5)の壁面が平坦面として形成された平坦面部(29)とを設ける。

Claims (3)
- 高温ガスによって駆動されるタービンのタービン翼を冷却するための構造であって、
前記高温ガスの流路に対して凹状に湾曲する前記タービン翼の第1翼壁と、前記高温ガスの流路に対して凸状に湾曲する前記タービン翼の第2翼壁との間に形成された冷却通路と、
前記冷却通路に面する前記第1翼壁の壁面上に設けられた複数の第1リブからなる第1リブ組と、前記冷却通路に面する前記第2壁の壁面上に設けられた複数の第2リブからなり、前記第1リブ組に格子状に重ねられた第2リブ組とを有するラティス構造体と、
前記冷却通路の下流側端部に設けられて、前記冷却通路内の冷却媒体を外部へ排出する冷媒排出口と、
前記第2翼壁の、前記冷媒排出口の外部へ延設されて形成された部分である露出壁部と、
前記冷却通路の、前記ラティス構造体の出口から前記冷媒排出口までの部分であって、前記第1翼壁の壁面および前記第2翼壁の壁面が平坦面として形成された平坦面部と、
を備える、ガスタービンエンジンの冷却構造。 - 請求項1に記載の冷却構造において、前記平坦面部の長さが、前記ラティス構造体の出口の高さの1倍以上かつ5倍以下の範囲内にある冷却構造。
- 請求項2に記載の冷却構造において、前記冷却媒体全体の移動方向が、前記タービン翼の翼弦に沿った方向であり、複数の前記ラティス構造体が、仕切り体を介して前記タービン翼の高さ方向に並べて配置されている冷却構造。
