Claims (19)
- 近距離無線通信装置を含む携帯品であり、該通信装置は、アンテナ(11)を含み、該アンテナの両端部を、電子チップ(10)に電気的に接続して、前記電子チップ(10)と共に電気回路を形成するようにした、携帯品であって、
該携帯品は、2つの所定位置、即ち、前記通信装置を作動する作動位置と、前記通信装置を作動停止する非作動位置との間で、変位できる制御要素(9、18、22、31)を含み、前記携帯品は、前記制御要素(9、18、22、31)が、該要素の所定位置の一方から他方に変位するのに応じて、開状態と閉状態とを切替えできる機械スイッチ(41)を更に含むこと、
前記機械スイッチ(41)は、リードスイッチ(26)であること、及び
前記携帯品は、永久磁石(27)を含み、該永久磁石は、前記リードスイッチ(26)に対して可動であり、前記制御要素の変位に応じて、前記リードスイッチ(26)の状態を変更できること、を特徴とする携帯品。 - 前記機械スイッチ(41)を、電気回路に直列に取付けること、及び前記スイッチを、前記制御要素が非作動位置にあるときに、開状態にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯品。
- 前記機械スイッチ(41)を、前記アンテナと並列に取付けること、及び前記スイッチを、前記制御要素が非作動位置にあるときに、閉状態にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯品。
- 前記永久磁石(27)を、前記制御要素に運動学的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯品。
- 前記リードスイッチ(26)を、前記制御要素に運動学的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、実質的に垂直に配置する少なくとも2個のリードスイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項4及び請求項5の一項に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、外部磁界の存在下で、前記リードスイッチ(26)と同時に状態を変えるように設けた安全化スイッチ(33)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項4から請求項6の一項に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、前記作動位置から前記非作動位置に自動的に前記制御要素を戻すように設けた弾性復元手段(16)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7の一項に記載の携帯品。
- 前記復元手段(16)は、弾性要素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の携帯品。
- 前記制御要素が前記作動位置から前記非作動位置へ戻るのを遅延するよう設けた時間遅延手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、腕時計(1)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項10の一項に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、回動ベゼル(9)を含むこと、及び前記制御要素は、前記ベゼル(9)であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の携帯品。
- 前記アンテナを、「Ceragold(登録商標)」加工によって形成することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の携帯品。
- 前記アンテナを、「非晶質金属」加工によって形成することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、押ボタン(18)を含むこと、及び前記制御要素は、前記押ボタン(18)であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、制御竜頭を含むこと、及び前記制御要素は、前記制御竜頭であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の携帯品。
- 前記携帯品は、ICカード(20)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項10の一項に記載の携帯品。
- 前記ICカードは、部品(22)を画成する可撓セグメント(21)を含むこと、及び前記部品(22)は、前記制御要素であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の携帯品。
