Abstract
Description
(波長変換部材)
図1は、実施の形態1に係る波長変換部材を示す斜視図である。図1に示す実施の形態1に係る波長変換部材10は、プロジェクタ用の蛍光体ホイールであって、円板状の基板11の一方の主面(上面)側に蛍光体層15を備える。
次に、実施の形態1に係るプロジェクタとして、実施の形態1に係る波長変換部材10を備えたプロジェクタについて説明する。
(波長変換部材)
図4は、実施の形態2に係る波長変換部材を示す斜視図である。図4に示す実施の形態2に係る波長変換部材20は、照明装置の光源用であって、矩形板状の基板21の一方の主面(上面)側に蛍光体層25を備える。
図5は、実施の形態2に係る照明装置を示す構成図である。図5に示すように、照明装置200は、実施の形態2に係る波長変換部材20と、固体光源210と、光学系220とを備える。
以上、実施の形態1および実施の形態2に係る波長変換部材、プロジェクタおよび照明装置について説明したが、本開示は、上記実施の形態に限定されない。本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形を上記実施の形態に施したものも、本開示の範囲内に含まれる。

Claims (7)
- 基板上に反射層および蛍光体層がその順で形成されており、
前記蛍光体層が、ガラス成分と樹脂成分とを複合化させてなるハイブリッド材料からなる封止層と、前記封止層の中に分散された蛍光体とを備えることを特徴とする波長変換部材。 - 前記ハイブリッド材料は、前記ガラス成分と前記樹脂成分の含有率の合計が98wt%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記ガラス成分は、Si−O骨格を有するシリカガラス、または、P−O結合を有するリンガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記樹脂成分は、Si−O骨格を持つシリコーン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記ハイブリッド材料は、シリコンアルコキシドが加水分解されてなる化合物を残留物として含有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の波長変換部材。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の波長変換部材を備えることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の波長変換部材を備えることを特徴とする照明装置。
