Claims (11)
- 犯罪現場の血痕で性別を区分するための血痕検出用アプタマーセンサーであって、
女性特異的な血痕に結合して発光することを特徴とする、女性特異的な血痕検出用アプタマーセンサー。 - 前記結合は17β−エストラジオール(estradiol)により実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性特異的な血痕検出用アプタマーセンサー。
- 前記アプタマーセンサーは、塩基序列
5'-6FAM-CTTCCGCGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTGCTTCAGCTTATTGAATTACACGCAGAGGGTAGCGGCTCTGCGCATTCAATTGCTGCGCGCTGAAGCGCGGAAGC-BHQ1-3'
または
5'-6FAM-CACACTATGTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTAAGGGATGCCGTTTGGGCCCAAGTTCGGCATAGTGTG-BHQ1-3'
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性特異的な血痕検出用アプタマーセンサー。 - 前記アプタマーセンサーは、ヘアピン(hairpin)構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性特異的な血痕検出用アプタマーセンサー。
- 前記アプタマーセンサーは495nmの吸収波長及び517nmの放出波長を有する螢光標識を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性特異的な血痕検出用アプタマーセンサー。
- アプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕を検出する装置であって、
血痕試料を投入し、外部と遮蔽可能な本体10と、
前記本体10にアプタマーセンサーの試薬を付加するように構成され、女性特異的血痕に反応して信号を生成する検出手段20と、
前記本体10と検出手段20を設定されたアルゴリズムに制御する制御手段30と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする、アプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。 - 前記本体10は、試料を位置変動可能に支持するステーション12、ステーション12の開閉のための遮蔽器14を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。
- 前記本体10は試料に付加される前処理溶液を貯蔵し噴射する処理液桶16と噴射器18をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。
- 前記アプタマーセンサーの試薬は濃度を20pmol/ulに維持することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。
- 前記検出手段20は複数波長の光を選択的に試料に照射する可変光源器24、試料で発生する蛍光を検出する光検出器26を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。
- 前記検出手段20は、表面プラズモン共鳴を誘発するSPR検出器28をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアプタマーセンサーを用いた女性特異的な血痕検出装置。
