Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 水で満たされたリアクタチャンバ(1)及び少なくとも1つのその中に照射できるように配置された紫外線源並びに紫外線センサ(3)及びセンサ信号のための評価ユニットを有し、前記紫外線源が紫外線LEDから成り、それが前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の少なくとも一面上に配置され、前記紫外線センサ(3)が同面上で前記紫外線LED(2)の間に配置され、少なくともこの面に向き合う前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の内面が前記紫外光の反射面(4)として形成されることを特徴とする紫外線消毒設備の監視のための装置。
- 前記紫外線LED(2)がキャリアモジュール(5)上に配置され、その数量が必要な洗浄及び消毒能力に適合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記キャリアモジュール(5)が水で満たされた前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の外にあり、前記紫外線LED(2)が直接石英窓(7)に著座し、その前記紫外線LED(2)と反対側の面にリアクタ内壁(6)及び前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の上端を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の中に同様に同質な紫外線放射領域(8)が照射可能であるように前記紫外線LED(2)が位置付けられ方向づけられることを特徴とする請求項1〜
3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記紫外線センサ(3)が前記同質な紫外線放射領域(8)の空間的に決められたセンサ領域(9)に方向付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記評価ユニットを介して前記センサ領域(9)の検出されたセンサ信号が前記均質な紫外線放射領域(8)全体に渡って外挿可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記紫外線LED(2)が前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の中で同様に同質な紫外線放射領域(8)を生成し、前記紫外線センサ(3)が前記紫外線LED(2)から前記リアクタチャンバ(1)の中に照射した紫外光を少なくとも2度前記リアクタチャンバ(1)を横断した後、空間的に限定されたセンサ領域(9)で検出することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を使った紫外線消毒設備の監視のための作業方法。
- 前記評価ユニットの中で前記紫外線センサ(3)の前記センサ信号が、前記センサ領域(9)中で検出された値を元に、これが前記同質な紫外線放射領域(8)全体に渡って外挿されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業方法。
- 前記評価ユニットが場合によってあり得る紫外線透過の変化を検出することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の作業方法。
- 前記評価ユニットが前記石英窓(7)の水に向き合う面の汚損、及び/または水に溶解したまたは粒状の物質による紫外線透過の弱化を検出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の作業方法。
