Claims (3)
- バーナからの燃焼ガスが内部に流れる胴体と、胴体内に収納される、起立姿勢で板厚方向に並設された複数のフィンと、これらフィンを貫通する伝熱管とを備えるフィンチューブ型熱交換器であって、伝熱管は上下2段に配置され、下段の複数の伝熱管の各配置ピッチ部分の上方に位置させて上段の各伝熱管が配置され、更に、上下各段の伝熱管の並び方向を横方向として、各フィンに、下段の各伝熱管の上方部分に位置させて、フィンをトンネル状に切起すことで形成される横方向に細長い形状の切起しフィン部が上下複数設けられるものにおいて、
下段の横方向最外側の伝熱管の上方部分に設けられる上下複数の切起しフィン部を外側切起しフィン部群、下段の横方向最外側ではない伝熱管の上方部分に設けられる上下複数の切起しフィン部を内側切起しフィン部群として、外側切起しフィン部群の最下側の切起しフィン部は、少なくとも横方向外側の端部が内側切起しフィン部群の最下側の切起しフィン部よりも下方に位置するように、横方向外側に向かって下方に傾斜していることを特徴とするフィンチューブ型熱交換器。 - 外側切起しフィン部群の最下側の切起しフィン部の横方向外側の端部は、外側切起しフィン部群の他の切起しフィン部の横方向外側の端部よりも横方向内側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィンチューブ型熱交換器。
- 請求項1又は2記載のフィンチューブ型熱交換器と、この熱交換器を加熱する熱源となるバーナとを備えることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
