Claims (10)
- 第1連結部、及び試験紙を収容可能な検出空間を有する第1管と、
第2連結部、及び液体を収容可能な収容空間を有する第2管と、
前記第1管の第1連結部及び前記第2管の第2連結部にそれぞれ連結されている第1部分及び第2部分を有する連結器であって、前記連結器の第1部分は案内部及び集液空間を有し、前記案内部は前記収容空間の液体を前記集液空間に導くことができ、前記第2部分は試験紙設置空間を有し、前記試験紙設置空間は前記集液空間と連通する、連結器と、を含む、二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。 - 前記第1管の外周面は円管となり、
前記検出空間は、2つの対向する平面を有する長円状空間である、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。 - 前記第2管は毛細管部をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記連結器の試験紙設置空間は、同一の管径を有する細長い通路である、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記集液空間は、前記液体を導出し、且つ前記試験紙設置空間の長辺に位置する出口を有する、請求項4に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記集液空間は、前記試験紙設置空間と連通するチャンバである、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記集液空間は前記案内部に隣接する入口と前記試験紙設置空間に隣接する出口を有し、前記出口の開口面積は前記入口の開口面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記案内部は、前記集液空間に向かい、且つ前記第2管内の液体を前記集液空間に導入することができる案内斜面である、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記第1連結部及び前記第2連結部は、前記連結器を連結するための第1嵌合構造及び第2嵌合構造をそれぞれ有する、請求項1に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
- 前記第1嵌合構造及び前記第2嵌合構造は、前記連結器を連結するための少なくとも1つの環状突出部である、請求項9に記載の二段階作動の核酸反応検出管。
