Description

The present invention relates to a back panel and a cargo bed structure that separate a vehicle cargo bed and a cabin.

Conventionally, as a back panel of this type, in a vibration isolating structure for an automobile back panel that defines a driver's cab and a cargo compartment, a reinforcing bead extending in the vehicle body vertical direction is formed on the back panel in parallel in the vehicle width direction. In addition, the pitch in the vehicle width direction of each bead is set to an unequal pitch so that the center in the vehicle width direction is denser from the outside, thereby suppressing vibration noise generated during traveling (for example, Patent Documents) 1) In the back panel of a cab provided with a number of vertical beads, the lower portions of the plurality of vertical beads in the vicinity of the belt anchor fixed to the floor are separated from the welded portion of the floor and the back panel by a large distance upward. When a load is input to the floor portion by linkage with a bead, a portion that prevents local deformation (for example, Patent Document 2) or a vehicle that is erected along the vehicle width direction, A cab back panel comprising: a base portion; and a plurality of beads bent from the base portion and extending in a vertical direction and arranged in a vehicle width direction, wherein the plurality of beads are separated from the base portion. A first bead that protrudes in the direction and a second bead that protrudes in the other direction of the vehicle front and rear of the vehicle, and in the first region on both sides in the vehicle width direction of the base portion, Of the beads, only the first bead is provided, and only the second bead among the plurality of beads is provided in the second region of the base portion in the vehicle width direction. There is one that achieves weight reduction by further reducing the plate thickness while ensuring the surface rigidity necessary for suppressing occurrence (for example, Patent Document 3).

By the way, various loads are loaded on the loading platform at the rear of the back panel. For example, when mounting a motorcycle, if the loading platform is too short, it may not be loaded or mounted at an angle. In particular, it may be difficult to load a small transport vehicle.

In addition, a fixing belt (for example, Patent Document 4) is used to fix the load on the loading platform. The fixing belt is hung on a motorcycle, and both ends of the fixing belt are hooked on the loading platform hook and fixed. However, it is necessary to maintain the posture of the motorcycle until it is fixed by the fixing belt, and it is difficult to work alone, and it is necessary to work by a plurality of people. Further, since the wheels are not fixed by a tire stop or the like, it is necessary to fix the wheels with a plurality of fixing belts.

Furthermore, if the motorcycle has a stand on one side and is made to stand independently by the stand, the vehicle body becomes slanted, so the fixing work by the fixing belt becomes complicated, and the vehicle body is supported at three points: the front wheel, the rear wheel, and the stand. Therefore, if the fixing belt is pressed against the cargo bed, an excessive force may be applied to the stand.

On the other hand, as a tire stopper, a tire fixing tool (for example, Patent Document 5) having a fitting groove into which the front and rear tires of a motorcycle are fitted has been proposed, and the tire is fitted by fitting the tire into the fitting groove. Can be prevented, and the fixing work using the fixing belt can be performed alone.

However, when the tire fixing tool is fixed to the loading platform, the tire fixing tool becomes an obstacle when a vehicle other than a motorcycle is loaded. Therefore, even if the tire fixing tool is detachably provided, it must be attached and detached each time, and the work becomes complicated.

In addition, since the distance between the front end and the rear end of the front and rear tire fixing tools is longer than the entire length of the motorcycle, it is not suitable for use because it takes up space in a narrow platform.

And in the back panel of the said prior art, although suppression of vibration noise (patent document 1), deformation | transformation prevention (patent document 2), and ensuring of surface rigidity (patent document 3) are considered, about conveyance of a loaded vehicle Is not considered.

The cabin 3 is provided with a roof panel 6 at an upper portion thereof, side panels 7 and 7 are provided at side surfaces thereof, and a front panel (not shown) is provided at a front surface thereof. Is provided so as to block the rear surface of the cabin 3. Further, front wheels 9 and 9 and rear wheels 9A and 9A are provided at the lower portion of the vehicle body 2.

The back panel 5 is integrally provided with a flat panel body 10 and a wheel groove 11 that is concave toward the front of the vehicle. The wheel groove 11 is used to insert a front wheel 102 of a motorcycle 101 as a loaded vehicle. Further, the front wheel 102 is supported by the wheel groove 11. The front wheel 102 is a wheel of the motorcycle 101.

A laterally long rear window opening 12 is formed at the upper center of the panel body 10 of the back panel 5, and a rear window panel 13 having translucency is attached to the rear window opening 12.

As shown in FIG. 1 etc., the said panel main body 10 inclines ahead as it extends upwards from the floor surface 4A side of the said loading platform 4. As shown in FIG. In addition, the panel body 10 has a panel body upper portion 10A located above the wheel groove 11 that is largely inclined toward the vehicle front side as compared with the lower portion. Further, a bent edge portion 10F is formed on the upper edge of the panel body 10 so as to be bent substantially horizontally on the front side. Also, a substantially rectangular mounting hole 14 is provided in the center in the left-right direction between the rear window opening 12 and the bent edge portion 10F, and a brake lamp 15 is provided in the mounting hole 14.

The loading platform 4 includes left and right side plates 16 and 16 and a rear plate (not shown) on the left and right sides of the floor surface 4A. The side plates 16 and 16 and the rear plate are ribbed plates that are vertically and horizontally aligned. It can be opened and closed in the direction.

The wheel groove 11 is formed in the front-rear direction, and is provided with a vertically long and substantially rectangular opening 21 in the panel body 10 of the back panel 5, a curved groove bottom 22 in a side view, and left and right edges of the opening 21. Left and right side portions 23, 23 that connect the left and right edge portions of the groove bottom portion 22, and the left and right side portions 23, 23 connect the opening 21 and the groove bottom portion 22, and are opposed to the left and right sides. The upper edge of the groove bottom 22 is connected to the upper edge 21U of the opening 21. Moreover, the groove bottom part 22 and the side parts 23 and 23 are formed of a plate material. The panel main body upper portion 10A is a portion above the position of the upper edge portion 21U of the panel main body 10.

As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the wheel groove 11 has a depth into which the tire of the front wheel 102 can be inserted, that is, one half of the difference between the outer diameter dimension and the inner diameter dimension of the tire (the tire height). Therefore, the maximum depth of the wheel groove 11 is increased. Further, it is preferable that the front wheel 102 is not in contact with the upper edge portion 21U but in contact with the groove bottom portion 22 in a state where the front wheel 102 is inserted into the wheel groove 11.

The lower surface of the wheel groove 11 is closed by the lower surface portion 24, and a lower bent edge portion 10S is formed at the lower edge of the panel body 10 and bent to the rear side. It is mounted flush with the floor surface 4A (FIG. 2). When the back panel 5 is made of a metal plate, the wheel groove 11 is formed by press working. When the back panel 5 is made of a synthetic resin, the wheel groove 11 is formed integrally with the panel body 10 during molding. be able to.

As shown in FIG. 3, the left and right side portions 23, 23 are slightly curved so as to protrude outward in the left-right direction, and the distance between the inner surfaces of the left and right side portions 23, 23 is the center in the height direction. The side is the largest.

In this example, the groove bottom portion 22 is entirely formed in a curved shape, and a curved surface 22M is provided on the inner surface side. As described above, the groove bottom portion 22 has a curved surface 22M as a whole. However, the groove bottom portion 22 may be partially curved, and the curved portion engages with the outer periphery of the front wheel 102. To do. In addition, the distance between the left and right side portions 23 and 23 is preferably set to a size that allows the motorcycle 101 to be held so as not to fall to the left and right with the front wheel 102 inserted.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the wheel groove 11 is vertically provided in the center in the left-right direction of the back panel 5, the wheel groove 11 is disposed between the driver seat 18 and the passenger seat 19 of the cabin 3. The driver's seat 18 and the passenger seat 19 include seat surfaces 20 and 20A to be seated and headrests 18H and 19H.

The loaded vehicle may be a bicycle, an electric bicycle, or a tricycle with a prime mover with one front wheel other than the motorcycle. Further, the transporting vehicle may be a one-box car, a truck with a hood, a container-mounted truck, etc., other than a light truck.

The container-mounted truck has a container as a loading platform, the back panel 5 is provided on the rear surface of the cabin, and a wheel groove to be inserted into the wheel groove 11 of the back panel 5 is provided on the front surface of the container. What is necessary is just to provide the opening part connected to the groove | channel 11 for wheels of the said back panel 5 in the front surface.

Next, a method for loading the motorcycle 101 on the loading platform 4 will be described. An operator holds the handle (not shown) of the motorcycle 101 and pushes the motorcycle 101 to insert the front wheel 102 into the wheel groove 11. By inserting the front wheel 102 into the wheel groove 11 in this manner, the motorcycle 101 can be loaded on the front side of the loading platform 4 and the space in the front-rear direction of the loading platform 4 can be effectively used as compared with the prior art. Further, by loading the front wheel 102 straight, it is possible to utilize the left and right spaces of the front wheel 102 as compared with the case where the front wheel 102 is bent.

Further, when the front wheel 102 is inserted into the wheel groove 11, if the clearance between the width of the front wheel 102 and the distance between the side portions 23, 23 is not more than a predetermined dimension, the motorcycle 101 does not tilt left and right due to the wheel groove 11. Can be supported. In this state, a fixing belt (not shown) serving as a string-like fixing means is hung on the motorcycle 101, and hooks (not shown) at both ends of the fixing belt are connected to the side plate 16 of the loading platform 4 and fixed. In this case, it is preferable to use a plurality of fixing belts. Then, by fixing the motorcycle 101 to the loading platform 4 with a fixing belt so as to keep the front wheel 102 in contact with the groove bottom portion 22, the front wheel 102 is not displaced later, and the tire stop is unnecessary. Note that the distance between the side portions 23 is greater than the width of the tire on the front wheel 102.

Further, by fitting and holding the front wheel 102 in the wheel groove 11, the motorcycle 101 can be efficiently fixed to the loading platform 4 alone.

Further, since the panel body 10 of the back panel 5 is inclined so that the upper part is on the front side of the small truck 1, the vehicle body part above the front wheel 102, for example, the headlight 104 in FIG. You can avoid that.

Thus, in the present embodiment, corresponding to claim 1, the back panel 5 that separates the cargo bed 4 and the cabin 3 of the small truck 1 that is a transport vehicle, is provided on the panel body 10 and the panel body 10. The wheel groove 11 has a concave shape toward the front of the small truck 1 and a part of the front wheel 102 which is a wheel of the motorcycle 101 loaded on the loading platform 4 is inserted. The groove 11 includes an opening portion 21, a groove bottom portion 22, and side portions 23 and 23 that face each other so as to connect the opening portion 21 and the groove bottom portion 22. Therefore, the space efficiency can be improved when the motorcycle 101 as a loaded vehicle is loaded.

Thus, in the present embodiment, in correspondence with claim 2, since the wheel groove 11 is configured to support the front wheel 102 in a state where a part of the front wheel 102 as a wheel is inserted into the wheel groove 11, The front wheel 102 can be supported.

Thus, in this embodiment, corresponding to the third aspect, the groove bottom portion 22 has the curved surface 22M which is a substantially curved portion in a side view of the vehicle, so that the front wheel 102 which is a wheel is stabilized.

Thus, in the present embodiment, in correspondence with claim 5, the panel body 10 is inclined to the front at the front of the motorcycle 101, which is a loaded vehicle, because the upper side of the wheel groove 11 is inclined forward. Interference can be avoided.

Hereinafter, as an effect of the embodiment, since the wheel groove 11 is disposed between the driver seat 18 and the passenger seat 19 of the cabin 3, the space between the driver seat 18 and the passenger seat 19 can be used effectively. In addition, since the inner surfaces of the side portions 23 and 23 where the left and right side portions of the front wheel 102 contact each other are curved surfaces having a large curvature, the side portions of the front wheel 102 can be stably supported. Furthermore, since the maximum depth of the wheel groove 11 is formed larger than the height of the tire, the space efficiency of the loading platform 4 can be improved and the front wheel 102 can be stably supported.

7 and 8 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In this example, two wheel grooves 11, 11 are provided in the panel body 10 of the back panel 5, and these wheel grooves 11, 11 are the backrest surfaces 18 A, 19 A of the driver seat 18 and the passenger seat 19 and the panel body. 10 is provided.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.

Thus, in the present embodiment, in correspondence with claim 4, a plurality of loaded vehicles can be loaded because a plurality of wheel grooves 11 are provided side by side in the width direction of the small truck 1 as a transport vehicle. The wheel grooves 11, 11 can be shifted to the seat position. In addition, the space behind the backrest surfaces 18A and 19A can be effectively used in this way.

FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, the groove bottom portion 22 of the wheel groove 11 is constituted by flat portions 26, 26A, 26B and bent portions 27, 27A provided between the flat portions 26, 26A, 26B. Further, the front wheel 102 is in contact with any one of the flat portions 26, 26A, and 26B. In this example, the front wheel 102 is in contact with the flat portion 26A.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained. Moreover, the groove bottom part 22 of the groove | channel 11 for wheels used as a concave shape toward the front of a conveyance vehicle like this example is comprised by several flat part 26,26A, 26B and at least 1 or more bending part 27,27A. Alternatively, the plane portion and the curved surface may be combined.

FIG. 10 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, the groove bottom portion 22 is formed in an arc shape, and an arc surface 22E is formed on the inner surface side. The upper edge 21U of the opening 21 is formed in a curved shape.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained. Moreover, you may form the groove bottom part 22 of the groove | channel 11 for wheels which becomes a concave shape toward the front of a conveyance vehicle like this example in circular arc shape. In addition, when fixing to the loading platform 4, the front wheel 102 is partially brought into contact with the circular arc surface 22E.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained. In this example, since the arc surface 32 has a shape that follows the outer periphery of the front wheel 102, the front wheel 102 can be stably supported. In addition, since the upper edge portion 21U is formed in a curved shape, it can be smoothly inserted into the wheel groove 11 even when the tire hits the tire when it is inserted into the wheel groove 11.

FIG. 11 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a recess 31 is formed in the front portion of the floor surface 4A, and an arc surface 32 is provided at the bottom of the recess 31, and the arc surface 32 is formed close to the lower portion of the groove bottom portion 22. . The recess 31 has substantially the same width as the wheel groove 11 and has left and right side portions 33, 33, and the front wheel 102 is fitted into the recess 31.

When the front wheel 102 is inserted into the wheel groove 11, the lower part of the front wheel 102 is inserted into the recess 31, so that the front wheel 102 can be stably supported. Further, since only the recess 31 is provided, there is no protrusion on the floor surface 4A, and it does not get in the way when loading other loads.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained.

In this way, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 6, in the load carrier structure of the small truck 1 as the transport vehicle provided with the back panel 5, the wheel groove 11 is provided on the front side of the floor surface 4 </ b> A of the load carrier 4. Since the recess 31 into which the front wheel 102 as a wheel can be inserted is provided corresponding to the above, the front wheel 102 inserted into the wheel groove 11 and the recess 31 is stabilized.

FIG. 12 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a rear concave portion 36 into which a rear wheel 103 is fitted is provided at the rear portion of the floor groove 4 for the rear surface 4 </ b> A of the loading platform 4. In addition, a flat surface 37 as a bottom surface is provided at the bottom of the concave portion 36, and inclined surfaces 38, 38 are provided before and after the flat surface 37. The rear recess 36 has substantially the same width as the wheel groove 11 and has left and right side portions 39, 39, and the rear wheel 103 is fitted into the rear recess 36. In addition, you may form the inclined surfaces 38 and 38 in substantially arc shape. Further, the wheel groove 11, the recessed portion 31, and the rear recessed portion 36 are arranged in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Further, the width of the recess 31 and the rear recess 36 is substantially the same as the width of the wheel groove 11.

As described above, the flat surface 37 that is long in the front-rear direction is provided and the rear recess 36 is formed long in the front-rear direction.

The front wheel 102 and the rear wheel 103 can be stably supported by fitting the front wheel 102 into the wheel groove 11 and the recess 31 and fitting the lower portion of the rear wheel 103 into the rear recess 36. Further, since only the rear recess 36 is provided on the floor surface 4A, there is no protrusion on the floor surface 4A, and there is no hindrance when loading other loads.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained.

In this way, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 6, in the loading platform structure of the small truck 1 which is a transport vehicle provided with the back panel 5, the wheel groove is provided on the rear side of the floor surface 4A of the loading platform 4. 11 is provided with a rear recess 36, which is a recess into which the rear wheel 103 as a wheel can be inserted, so that the rear wheel 103 is stabilized.

Further, as an effect of the embodiment, by combining the front concave portion 31 and the rear concave portion 36, the motorcycle 101 can be stably supported, and the front and rear displacement of the motorcycle 101 can be prevented.

FIG. 13 shows a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a modification of the front concave portion is shown, and an inclined surface 32A that decreases from the rear side toward the front side is formed at the bottom of the front concave portion 31A, and an inclined surface 38A is provided at the front end of the inclined surface 32A. The upper end of the inclined surface 38A is arranged to be continuous with the panel body 10.

When the front wheel 102 is inserted into the wheel groove 11, the lower portion of the front wheel 102 is inserted into the recess 31A, so that the front wheel 102 can be stably supported, and the front wheel 102 is put on the inclined surface 32A. The two-wheeled vehicle 101 is guided to the front side, and a stable loading state is obtained.

As described above, in this embodiment, the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiments are obtained.

As described above, in this embodiment, in the cargo bed structure of the small truck 1 as the transport vehicle provided with the back panel 5, the front side and the rear side of the floor surface 4 </ b> A of the cargo bed 4 correspond to the wheel grooves 11. Since the recess 31A and the rear recess 36 into which the front wheel 102 can be inserted are provided, the front wheel 102 inserted into the wheel groove 11 and the recess 31A is stabilized, and the rear wheel 103 inserted into the rear recess 36 is stabilized.

FIG. 14 shows an eighth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The transport vehicle in this example is a small truck 1A with a hood provided with a hood 41 that covers the loading platform 4. An opening 42 is provided at the rear of the hood 41, and a hood cloth 43 is provided at the opening 42. The opening 42 can be opened by winding the hood cloth 43 and fixing the wound hood cloth 43 with a band 44. On the other hand, the opening 42 can be closed by lowering the hood cloth 43 and fixing it with an appropriate fixing means. In the figure, reference numeral 45 denotes a rear door body of the loading platform 4, and the rear door body 45 has left and right doors 45L and 45R opened and closed in a double door manner.

FIG. 15 shows a ninth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof is omitted. The transport vehicle in this example is a one-box car 1B, and a rear door 52 is provided in the rear opening 51 of the loading platform 4, and the lower portion of the rear door 52 pivots upward so that the rear opening 51 is fully opened.
