Description
[1]ヒドロキシラジカルを検出するための組成物であって、ゲル状の基材と、前記基材内に担持された検出用化合物とを含み、前記検出用化合物はテレフタル酸又はその塩を含む、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
[2]前記基材が、ゼラチン、寒天、アガロース、コラーゲン、アルギン酸、ヒアルロン酸、デンプン(アミロース)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアクリルアミド、及びカルボキシメチルセルロースから選択される1又は2以上の水溶性高分子からなる高分子ゲルである、[1]に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
[3]粒子状である、[1]又は[2]に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
[4]シート状である、[1]又は[2]に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
[5]固相支持体と、前記固相支持体の表面の少なくとも一部に添着されてなる、[1]〜[4]の何れか一項に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物とを含む、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用デバイス。
[6]ヒドロキシラジカルを検出するための方法であって、[1]〜[4]の何れか一項に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物を、ヒドロキシラジカルの測定対象環境下に供した後、前記ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物に波長280〜320nmの励起光を照射し、次いで、前記ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物から生じる波長400〜500nmの蛍光を検出し、前記蛍光の検出結果に基づいて、ヒドロキシラジカルを検出することを含む方法。
[7]前記蛍光を定量し、前記蛍光の定量結果に基づいて、ヒドロキシラジカルを定量することを更に含む、[6]に記載の方法。
(1)本発明のゲル組成物を、ヒドロキシラジカルの測定対象環境下に配置する。
(2)本発明のゲル組成物に、UV−Bの中波長紫外線に相当する波長280〜320nm(特に310nm付近を中心とする波長)の励起光を照射する。
(3)本発明のゲル組成物から生じる、紫〜青緑の可視光線に相当する波長400〜500nm(特に425nm付近を中心とする波長)の蛍光を検出し、検出結果に基づいてヒドロキシラジカルを検出する。ここで、蛍光の定量結果に基づいて、ヒドロキシラジカルを定量することも可能である。
本実施例は、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用のシート状のゲル組成物を作製し、これにプラズマジェットを用いてヒドロキシラジカルを照射すると共に、ゲル組成物からの蛍光に基づきヒドロキシラジカルを検出した例である。
本実施例は、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用のシート状ゲル組成物を作製し、これにパルスストリーマコロナ放電を用いてヒドロキシラジカルを照射すると共に、ゲル組成物からの蛍光に基づきヒドロキシラジカルを検出した例である。
本実施例は、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用のシート状ゲル組成物を作製し、これにバリア放電を用いてヒドロキシラジカルを照射すると共に、ゲル組成物からの蛍光に基づきヒドロキシラジカルを検出した例である。
本実施例は、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用の粒子状のゲル組成物を作製し、これにプラズマジェットを用いてヒドロキシラジカルを照射すると共に、ゲル組成物からの蛍光に基づきヒドロキシラジカルを検出した例である。
本実施例は、ゲル組成物への糖の添加がゲルの強度に与える影響を検証するものである。

Claims (7)
- ヒドロキシラジカルを検出するための組成物であって、ゲル状の基材と、前記基材内に担持された検出用化合物とを含み、前記検出用化合物はテレフタル酸又はその塩を含む、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
- 前記基材が、ゼラチン、寒天、アガロース、コラーゲン、アルギン酸、ヒアルロン酸、デンプン(アミロース)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアクリルアミド、及びカルボキシメチルセルロースから選択される1又は2以上の水溶性高分子からなる高分子ゲルである、請求項1に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
- 粒子状である、請求項1又は2に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
- シート状である、請求項1又は2に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物。
- 固相支持体と、前記固相支持体の表面の少なくとも一部に添着されてなる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物とを含む、ヒドロキシラジカル検出用デバイス。
- ヒドロキシラジカルを検出するための方法であって、
請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物を、ヒドロキシラジカルの測定対象環境下に供した後、
前記ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物に波長280〜320nmの励起光を照射し、
次いで、前記ヒドロキシラジカル検出用組成物から生じる波長400〜500nmの蛍光を検出し、前記蛍光の検出結果に基づいて、ヒドロキシラジカルを検出する
