Claims (4)
- コモンレール(3)を備える直接噴射システム用の燃料ポンプ(4)を制御する方法において、
前記コモンレール(3)内部で所望の圧力値を持つために前記高圧ポンプ(4)によってその時々に前記コモンレール(3)へ供給すべき目標燃料流量(Mref)を計算するステップと、
前記目標燃料流量(Mref)を、前記高圧ポンプ(4)によって送出できる最大流量(Mmax)と比較するステップと、
前記目標燃料流量(Mref)と前記高圧ポンプ(4)によって送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)との間の比較に基づいて、専ら、送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)による前記高圧ポンプ(4)の作動サイクルと前記高圧ポンプ(4)のアイドル作動サイクルを交番させるように前記高圧ポンプ(4)を制御するステップとを含む、方法。 - 更に、前記コモンレール(3)内部の前記所望の圧力値をリアルタイムに検出するステップと、前記コモンレール(3)内部で検出された圧力値に基づいて前記高圧ポンプ(4)を制御するステップと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高圧ポンプ(4)によって送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)と前記目標燃料流量(Mref)との間の差異が閾値(TV)を上回った場合のみ、送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)による前記高圧ポンプ(4)の作動サイクルと前記高圧ポンプ(4)のアイドル作動サイクルを交番させるように前記高圧ポンプ(4)を制御する更なるステップを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記目標燃料流量(Mref)が前記高圧ポンプ(4)によって送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)の1/nに等しい場合、前記方法が、更に、送出できる前記最大流量(Mmax)による前記高圧ポンプ(4)の1作動サイクル及び前記高圧ポンプ(4)の(n−1)アイドル作動サイクルを制御する更なるステップを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
