Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る電気化学デバイス用電極は、集電体と、微アルカリ性樹脂層と、導電層と、活物質層とを具備する。上記集電体は、エッチング処理された、表面に凹凸部を有する金属箔である。上記微アルカリ性樹脂層は、上記集電体の凹部内に形成され、微アルカリ性を呈する。上記導電層は、上記集電体及び上記微アルカリ性樹脂層上に形成され、導電性材料を含み、上記集電体に電気的に接続される。上記活物質層は、上記導電層上に形成される。

Description
上記集電体は、エッチング処理された、表面に凹凸部を有する金属箔である。
上記微アルカリ性樹脂層は、上記集電体の凹部内に形成され、微アルカリ性を呈する。
上記導電層は、上記微アルカリ性樹脂層を含む上記集電体の表面上に形成され、導電性材料を含み、上記集電体に電気的に接続される。
上記活物質層は、上記導電層上に形成される。
上記電気化学デバイス用電極は、エッチング処理された、表面に凹凸部を有する金属箔である集電体と、上記集電体の凹部内に形成され、微アルカリ性を呈する微アルカリ性樹脂層と、上記集電体及び上記微アルカリ性樹脂層上に形成され、導電性材料を含み、上記集電体に電気的に接続された導電層と、上記導電層上に形成された活物質層とを備える。
上記凹凸の形成は、金属箔である集電体を、酸を用いてエッチング処理して表面に凹凸を形成する。
上記微アルカリ性樹脂層の形成は、上記集電体の表面に微アルカリ性樹脂材料を塗布、乾燥させることにより、上記集電体の凹部に微アルカリ性樹脂層を形成する。
上記導電層の形成は、上記集電体及び微アルカリ性樹脂層上に導電層を形成する。
上記活物質層の形成は、上記導電層の表面に活物質層を形成する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る電気化学デバイス100の構成を示す斜視図である。図1に示す電気化学デバイス100は、蓄電素子110が容器120(蓋及び端子は図示略)に収容されている。容器120内には、蓄電素子110と共に電解液(不図示)が収容されている。
図3は、蓄電素子110の断面図である。図3には、蓄電素子110の負極130、正極140、及びセパレータ150がX−Z平面に沿って平行に伸びた状態が表されているが、図2に示されるように負極130、正極140、及びセパレータ150は、凸状に歪曲してもよい。
次に、上述の電気学デバイス用電極の製造方法について説明する。ここでは、負極用電極について説明するが、正極用電極も同様の方法で製造することができる。
図5に示す各ステップは、以下の図6(a)〜図6(e)を用いて詳細に説明される。
図6(a)〜図6(e)は、電気化学デバイス用電極の製造過程を示す断面図である。

- エッチング処理された、表面に凹凸部を有する金属箔である集電体と、
前記集電体の凹部内に形成され、微アルカリ性を呈する微アルカリ性樹脂層と、
前記集電体及び前記微アルカリ性樹脂層上に形成され、導電性材料を含み、前記集電体に電気的に接続された導電層と、
前記導電層上に形成された活物質層と
を具備する電気化学デバイス用電極。 - 請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイス用電極であって、
前記微アルカリ性樹脂層は、pHが7.2以上10以下である
電気化学デバイス用電極。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電気化学デバイス用電極であって、
前記微アルカリ性樹脂層は、カルボキシメチルセルロースのアンモニア塩、カルボキシメチルセルロースのナトリウム塩、アルカリ性に調整したポリエチレンオキサイドのうち少なくとも1つからなる

前記金属箔はアルミニウム箔である

前記活物質層は、活物質と、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、アクリル系樹脂、ポリイミド系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂のうち少なくともいずれか1つを含む樹脂を有する
電気化学デバイス用電極。 - エッチング処理された、表面に凹凸部を有する金属箔である集電体と、前記集電体の凹部内に形成され、微アルカリ性を呈する微アルカリ性樹脂層と、前記集電体及び前記微アルカリ性樹脂層上に形成され、導電性材料を含み、前記集電体に電気的に接続された導電層と、前記導電層上に形成された活物質層とを備える電気化学デバイス用電極
を具備する電気化学デバイス。 - 金属箔である集電体を、酸を用いてエッチング処理して表面に凹凸を形成し、
前記集電体の表面に微アルカリ性樹脂材料を塗布、乾燥させることにより、前記集電体の凹部に微アルカリ性樹脂層を形成し、
前記集電体及び前記微アルカリ性樹脂層上に導電層を形成し、
前記導電層の表面に活物質層を形成する

前記微アルカリ性樹脂材料は、カルボキシメチルセルロースのアンモニア塩水溶液、カルボキシメチルセルロースのナトリウム塩水溶液、ポリエチレンオキサイド水溶液に希炭酸ナトリウム水溶液を添加した水溶液のうち少なくとも1つである
