Claims (10)
- 底面の光放出口が多角形形状となるように複数の平坦な内側面を備える下部ケース部と、
前記下部ケース部の上部側に位置し、電源供給部を収容する上部ケース部と、
前記下部ケース部の平坦な内側面にそれぞれ結合され、光放出面が前記多角形の中心部に向かうようにLEDが実装された基板と、
前記下部ケース部の周りに沿って複数個が突出して位置し、それぞれの間の空間が前記下部ケース部の上下方向に連通する放熱フィンとを含む集中照明用LED照明装置。 - 前記下部ケース部の光放出口を覆うように結合されるが、前記基板に実装されたLEDを個別的に前記光放出口側に露出させる複数の反射ポケット部が設けられた反射部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 前記上部ケース部と前記下部ケース部との間の熱伝導を防止する断熱部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 前記断熱部は、
上下に配置される第1断熱板と第2断熱板とを含み、前記第1断熱板と第2断熱板との間に空気層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。 - 前記下部ケース部の光放出口を覆うように結合されるが、前記基板に実装されたLEDを個別的に前記光放出口側に露出させる複数の傾斜面が設けられた反射部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 外部の制御信号に応じて前記電源供給部の電源を制御して前記基板に供給するディミング制御部をさらに含む、請求項2または5に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 前記反射部は、
前記ディミング制御部を下部に露出させる通孔が設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。 - 前記反射部の上面には骨組が複数設けられて前記反射部を補強し、前記反射部の表面積を広げて放熱に容易にすることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 上部ケース部と前記下部ケース部は、その間に空間部が設けられるように連結部によって連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
- 前記放熱フィンは、別途に製作され、前記下部ケース部の外側に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の集中照明用LED照明装置。
