Claims (13)
- 本体部と、
前記本体部と振動体支持ユニットに結合されて振動する振動体と、前記振動体に設置される振動発生ユニットを具備し、
前記振動体支持ユニットには、振動体または振動体を支持するための本体部に回転可能に回転部材が設置され、前記本体部に対して振動体を支持できるように、回転部材の回転中心を基準として上下部側と本体部または振動体に両端部が回転可能にそれぞれ連結される第1、第2連結部材と、前記振動体に設置されるリッパーブレードが備えられて前記本体部に対して振動体の振動時に前記回転部材が回転することによる第1、第2連結部材と振動体の結合位置の変化を補償することを特徴とする、振動リッパー。 - 前記回転部材は振動体の振動方向と直角方向に回転可能に設置され、前記第1、第2連結部材は回転部材の両側にそれぞれ設置されて振動体が上下方向に振動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動リッパー。
- リッパーブレードが設置された振動体に振動方向と直角方向に回転可能に回転部材が設置され、前記回転部材の回転中心の上下部側と本体部をそれぞれ回転可能に連結して振動体を前記本体部に対して上下方向に振動可能に支持する第1、第2連結部材が設置され、前記振動体に振動発生ユニットが設置されたことを特徴とする、振動リッパー。
- 前記振動体または本体部と回転部材に設置されて前記回転部材の回転を元の位置に復元させるための回転部材復元ユニットを具備したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の回転部材を有する振動リッパー。
- 前記回転部材と所定間隔離隔するように前記振動体と本体部に両端部が回転可能に連結される振動に同調する同調連結部材をさらに具備したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の振動リッパー。
- 前記振動体と本体部の間に少なくとも一つの弾性体が設置されたことを特徴とする回転部材を有したもことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の振動リッパー。
- 本体部と、
前記本体部と振動体支持ユニットに結合されて振動する振動体と、
前記振動体に設置される振動発生ユニットと、
前記振動体に設置されるリッパーブレードと、を具備し、
前記振動体支持ユニットには、振動体またはリッパーブレードに回転部材が回転可能に設置され、前記本体部に対して振動体を支持できるように回転部材の回転中心を基準として上下部側と本体部に両端部が回転可能にそれぞれ連結される第1、第2連結部材と、
前記振動体の上部側本体部に第1弾性支持ユニットによって支持されるサブ本体と、前記振動体からサブ本体の内部に延長される連結部材と、前記サブ本体に支持されて前記連結部材に回転可能に設置された回転軸が備えられたことを特徴とする、振動リッパー。 - 前記サブ本体に設置される回転軸と連結部材の結合部位には偏心ベアリングが設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の振動リッパー。
- 前記連結部材の振動体の上部側とこれと対応するサブ本体の間に第1弾性部材が設置され、前記サブ本体の上面と本体部の間またはサブ本体の側面とこれと対応する本体部の間に第2弾性部材が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の振動リッパー。
- 本体部と、
前記本体部と振動体支持ユニットに結合されて振動する振動体と、
前記振動体に設置される振動発生ユニットと、
前記振動体に設置されるリッパーブレードと、を具備し、
前記振動体支持ユニットは振動体の上部側に第1弾性支持ユニットによって設置されるサブ本体と、前記振動体からサブ本体側に延長される連結部材と、
振動体ブラケットに回転可能に設置される回転部材と、回転部材の回転中心を基準として上下部側と本体部に両端部が回転可能にそれぞれ連結される第1、第2連結部材と、
前記振動体ブラケットまたはサブ本体に設置されて回転部材の回転位置を限定するストッパーが備えられたことを特徴とする、振動リッパー。 - 前記振動体ブラケットの上部側とサブ本体の間に第1弾性部材が設置され、前記サブ本体の上面と本体部の間または前記サブ本体部の側面とこれと対応する本体部の上面に第2弾性部材が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の特徴とする振動リッパー。
- 前記ストッパーは振動体ブラケットまたはサブ本体から前記第1連結リンクまたは回転部材の延長リンク部の上部側に延長されるストッパー軸と、前記ストッパー軸の外周面にそって設置される弾性部材層を具備したことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の振動リッパー。
- 前記ストッパーは振動体部またはサブ本体から前記第1連結リンクまたは回転部材の回転を制限するもので、第1連結リンクとの接触時の緩衝のための弾性部材が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の振動リッパー。
