Abstract
Description
(i)抜出し可能な有機材料から作った単一又は複数パートのコアを準備する工程と、
(ii)コアを外層で少なくとも部分的に包み、コアに並置する外層の表面が熱可塑性材料から成る複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、
(iii)複合要素前駆体を、排気可能な有機材料及びコアに並置する外層の表面が少なくとも部分的に軟化する時間中処理する工程と、を備える。
(a)複合要素前駆体を排気する工程と、
(b)外層を閉じて排気済みの複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、を備える。
(i)排気可能な有機材料からなる単一又は複数パートのコアを準備する工程と、
(ii)コアを外層で少なくとも部分的に包み、コアに並置する外層の表面が熱可塑性材料から成る複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、
(a)複合要素前駆体を排気する工程と、
(b)外層を閉じて排気済みの複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、
(iii)複合要素前駆体を、排気可能な有機材料及びコアに並置する外層の表面が少なくとも部分的に軟化する時間中処理する工程と、を備える。
(i)排気可能な有機材料からなる単一又は複数パートのコアを準備する工程と、
(ii)コアを外層で少なくとも部分的に包み、コアに並置する外層の表面が熱可塑性材料から成る複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、
(iii)複合要素前駆体を、排気可能な有機材料及びコアに並置する外層の表面が少なくとも部分的に軟化する時間中処理する工程と、を備える。
(a)複合要素前駆体を排気する工程と、
(b)外層を閉じて排気済みの複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、を備える、実施形態1から3の何れか1つによる方法。
1.製造物の実施例
以下のホイルを使用した。
金属化ポリエステルフィルムと1つのLLDPEシール層との3層
以下の化合物を使用した。
−ASTM D-5155-96Aによる100g当たり31.5gのNCO含有量、2.8から2.9の範囲の官能性、及びDIN 53018による25°Cで550mPa.sの粘性を有するオリゴマーMDI(Lupranat(登録商標)M50)(以下「化合物M50」)
−3,3’,5,5’−テトラエチル−4,4’−ジアミノジフェニルメタン(以下「MDEA」)
56gの化合物M50を、20℃で攪拌しながら、ガラスのビーカー中で210gのアセトンに溶かした。8gの化合物MDEA、1gのジメチルピペラジン及び2gの水を、第2のガラスのビーカー内で210gのアセトンに溶かした。工程(a)による2つの溶液は、混合されて粘性が低いきれいな混合物を得る。その混合物は、硬化させるために室温で24時間放置した。その後、ガラスのビーカーからゲルを移動し、液体(アセトン)を、20°で7日間乾かすことにより除去した。
以下の化合物を使用した。
−ポリオールA:スクロース、グリセリン及び酸化プロピレンから形成され、ヒドロキシル価490であるポリエーテルアルコール
−ポリオールB:プロピレングリコール及び酸化プロピレンから形成され、ヒドロキシル価105であるポリエーテルアルコール
−ポリオールC:プロピレングリコール及び酸化プロピレンから形成され、ヒドロキシル価250であるポリエーテルアルコール
−添加剤1:Evonik製のTegostab(登録商標) B 8870シリコーン安定剤
−添加剤2:Evonik製のOrtegol(登録商標)501 セル開放剤
−触媒1:Polycat(登録商標)58(Air Products)
−触媒2:エチレングリコール中の酢酸カリウム(BASF)
−イソシアン酸塩:ポリマMDI(Lupranat(登録商標)M70、BASF)
以下の化合物を使用した。
−ASTM D 5155 96 Aによる100g当たり30.9gのNCO含有量、3の領域における官能性、及びDINによる25°Cで2100mPa.sの粘性を有するオリゴマーMDI(Lupranat(登録商標)M200)(以下「化合物M200」)
−3,3’,5,5’−テトラメチル−4,4’−ジアミノジフェニルメタン(以下「MDMA」)
触媒:Dabco K15(ジエチレングリコール(85%)に溶かしたカリウムヘキサン酸エチル)
48gの化合物M200を、20℃で攪拌しながら、ガラスのビーカー内の210gのアセトンに溶かした。12gの化合物MDMA、2gのDabco K15及び4gの水を、第2のガラスのビーカー内で210gのアセトンに溶かした。工程(a)による2つの溶液は、混合されて粘性が低いきれいな混合物を得る。その混合物は、硬化させるために室温で24時間放置した。ガラスのビーカーからゲルモノリスを取り除いて250mlの加圧滅菌器へ移し、続いて加圧滅菌器を閉じた。モノリスは、CO2流れの中で24時間乾燥させた。(乾燥システム内の)圧力は115バールから120バールであり、温度は40°Cであった。最後に、システム内の圧力は、温度40°Cにて大気圧まで、約45分の過程中に制御されたやり方で下げた。加圧滅菌器を開き、乾いたモノリスを除去した。
ホイルの熱処理後に押圧を用いて、コアへのホイル(Hanita V08621)の密封/結合が達成された。押圧パラメータは、熱板温度が125°C、押圧時間が3分、そして成形圧力が2バールであった。

Claims (16)
- 単一又は複数パートのコアと外層とを備え、それらは互いに圧力ばめ組合せされた、複合要素を製造するための方法であって、少なくとも、
(i)排気可能な有機材料からなる単一又は複数パートのコアを準備する工程と、
(ii)前記コアを外層で少なくとも部分的に包み、前記コアに並置する前記外層の表面が熱可塑性材料から成る複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、
(iii)前記複合要素前駆体を、排気可能な有機材料及び前記コアに並置する前記外層の表面が少なくとも部分的に軟化する時間中処理する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記処理は、加熱、赤外線又は超音波を介する熱処理を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(iii)による処理は、熱処理と、前記コアに対する前記外層の押圧とを備える、請求項1及び2の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、工程(ii)の後かつ工程(iii)の前に、工程(a)及び工程(b)、すなわち
(a)前記複合要素前駆体を排気する工程と、
(b)前記外層を閉じて排気済みの複合要素前駆体を得る工程と、を備える、請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記処理は、2秒から30分の範囲の時間中実施する、請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記単一又は複数パートのコアは、板状の外形である、請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記排気可能な有機材料は、有機エーロゲル、有機キセロゲル及び硬質有機発泡体から成る群から選択される、請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記外層は多層構造である、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記コアに並置する前記外層の表面は、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンから成る群から選択された熱可塑性材料から成る、請求項1から8の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記外層は耐拡散性である、請求項1から9の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記外層は、DIN53380の気体透過度が1cm3/(m2d)未満である、請求項1から10の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記外層は、DIN53380の水蒸気透過度が1g/(m2d)未満である、請求項1から11の何れか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12の何れか1つに記載の方法により入手し又は入手可能である、ことを特徴とする複合要素。
- 排気可能な有機材料からなる単一又は複数パートのコアと、前記コアを取り囲む少なくとも1つの閉じた外層とを備える複合要素であって、前記コアに並置する前記外層の表面は熱可塑性材料から成り、前記コアに並置する前記外層の表面は、排気可能な有機材料と直接接触し、且つDIN EN ISO 5271と同様に決定される100Nから300Nの範囲の力で前記排気可能な有機材料に付着し、閉じた前記外層内に0.01ミリバールから200ミリバールの範囲の圧力が存在する、ことを特徴とする複合要素。
- 請求項1から12の何れか1つに記載の方法により入手し又は入手可能な複合要素、又は請求項13及び14の何れかに記載の複合要素を真空断熱パネルとして使用する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から12の何れか1つに記載の方法により入手し又は入手可能な複合要素、又は請求項13及び14の何れかに記載の複合要素を断熱材として使用する、ことを特徴とする方法。
