Claims (20)
- コンテナ本体と、前記コンテナ本体を囲む、底面および上面を含む蓋と、を有するカートリッジハウジングと、
前記コンテナ本体内に配置され、流体を受け入れ収容する流体容器と、
前記カートリッジハウジング上に配置され、プリントカートリッジから前記流体を吐出する複数の加熱素子を有する流体吐出器チップと、
前記上面から前記底面へと前記蓋の厚み全体を貫いて形成された、1つ以上の空気通気開口部と、
前記蓋の前記上面または前記底面のうちの少なくとも1つに配置された疎水性コーティングと、を備え、
前記1つ以上の空気通気開口部の上には前記疎水性コーティングが存在しない
プリントカートリッジ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングが前記蓋の前記上面および前記底面に配置されている
請求項1に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングが液体または気体の形態で塗布される
請求項1に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングがフルオロケミカルポリマーまたは非フルオロケミカルポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む
請求項1に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - 前記1つ以上の空気通気孔が、対応する1つ以上の空気拡散通気口の部分を形成している
請求項1に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - 前記1つ以上の空気拡散通気口の各々が、蛇行路をたどるチャネルを含む
請求項5に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - 前記蓋の上に配置されたラベルをさらに含む
請求項1に記載のプリントカートリッジ。 - ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたシャフトに沿って往復動するのに適合したキャリッジと、
制御機構により前記キャリッジが前記シャフトに沿って往復動する際に、印刷媒体上にインクを吐出するように前記キャリッジ上に配置された、1つ以上のプリントヘッドアセンブリと、を備え、
前記1つ以上のプリントヘッドアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つはプリントヘッドカートリッジを有し、
前記プリントヘッドカートリッジは、
コンテナ本体と、前記コンテナ本体を囲む、底面および上面を含む蓋と、を有するカートリッジハウジングと、
前記コンテナ本体内に配置され、インクを受け入れ収容するインク容器と、
前記カートリッジハウジング上に配置され、前記プリントカートリッジから前記インクを吐出する複数の加熱素子を有するインク吐出器チップと、
前記上面から前記底面へと前記蓋の厚み全体を貫いて形成された、1つ以上の空気通気開口部と、
前記蓋の前記上面または前記底面のうちの少なくとも1つに配置された疎水性コーティングと、を有し、
前記1つ以上の空気通気開口部の上には前記疎水性コーティングが存在しない
インクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングが前記蓋の前記上面および前記底面に配置されている
請求項8に記載のインクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングが液体または気体の形態で塗布される
請求項8に記載のインクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記疎水性コーティングがフルオロケミカルポリマーまたは非フルオロケミカルポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む

疎水性コーティングを液体または蒸気の形態で前記蓋の前記上面または前記底面のうちの少なくとも1つに堆積させる
方法。 - 前記堆積のステップは、液体溶液を堆積させることを含む
請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積のステップは、前記蓋を前記液体溶液中に浸漬することを含む
