Claims (7)
- 天然ガスハイドレート(natural gas hydrate)を長距離運送する際に、天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ(natural gas hydrate tank container)の内部の相平衡条件を維持するための冷凍機(refrigerator)に電力線を連結して運用することに制約があった従来技術の天然ガスハイドレートの運送方法の問題点を解決するための自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システムにおいて、
垂直方向に積層する複数の天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナと、
それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナの内部に格納された天然ガスハイドレートの相平衡を維持するために、それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナの一側に設置される冷凍機と、
太陽光及びそれぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した蒸発ガス(Boiled Off Gas;BOG)を利用して発電を行うことにより、それぞれの前記冷凍機を駆動するための電力を供給するために垂直に積載した複数の前記ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナのうち最上部のコンテナの上部に設置される電力供給部と、
それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナの内部温度や圧力を含む現在の状態を把握するための温度及び圧力センサーを含む複数のセンサーを含んでなるセンサー部と、
前記センサー部のそれぞれのセンサーによって感知された状態によって、前記冷凍機及び前記電力供給部の駆動及び前記積載システムの全体的な動作を制御する制御部とを含んで構成されることを特徴とする自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システム。 - 前記積載システムは、
前記電力供給部によって生成された電力をそれぞれの前記冷凍機に供給するための電力線と、
それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した蒸発ガス(BOG)を前記電力供給部に供給するための蒸発ガス配管とをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システム。 - 前記電力供給部は、
太陽光を利用して発電を行う太陽光発電パネル(photovoltaic array)と、
それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した蒸発ガスによって駆動される発電機(generator)と、
前記発電機に供給される燃料を格納するための燃料タンク(fuel tank)と、
前記燃料タンクから供給される燃料と、前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した蒸発ガスとを混合して前記発電機に供給するための圧縮機(compressor)と、
前記太陽光発電パネル及び前記発電機によって発生した電気エネルギーを格納するためのバッテリー(rechargeable battery cells)と、
前記蒸発ガスの燃焼中に逆流による火災及び爆発を防止するための爆発防止部(fuel safety device)と、
前記発電機、前記燃料タンク、前記圧縮機、前記バッテリー及び前記爆発防止部を内蔵するハウジング(housing)とを含んで構成され、
前記太陽光発電パネル及び前記蒸発ガス(BOG)を利用して駆動される前記発電機によって前記バッテリーを充電し、充電された電気エネルギーを利用して前記冷凍機及び前記圧縮機を駆動するように構成することにより、別途の電源供給がなくとも、それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナの相平衡を常に維持可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システム。 - 前記積載システムは、
前記太陽光発電パネルを利用して発電を行うことに加えて、それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した蒸発ガス(BOG)を前記蒸発ガス配管を通じて前記燃料タンクに格納された燃料と混合して混合ガスを生成し、生成された前記混合ガスを前記圧縮機を通じて前記発電機に供給することによって前記発電機を駆動するように構成することにより、
気象条件を含む外部要因に関係なく、それぞれの前記冷凍機を駆動するのに十分な電力を常に確保可能であり、別途の電源供給装置を具備せずとも天然ガスハイドレートの長距離運送が可能になると共に、それぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナから発生した前記蒸発ガス(BOG)を外部に排出せず処理可能であり、前記蒸発ガス(BOG)の排出による環境汚染や火災の恐れも解消できるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システム。 - 前記積載システムは、
前記センサー部によって感知されたそれぞれの前記天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナの内部温度及び圧力を含む現在の状態を外部でモニタリングできるように表示する表示部と、
前記積載システムの現在の状態を外部に伝送する通信部と、
火災に対応するための消火器とをさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システム。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載システムを含んで構成されることを特徴とする天然ガスハイドレートの運送用船舶。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の自家発電及び蒸発ガス処理が可能な天然ガスハイドレートタンクコンテナ積載のシステムを利用して天然ガスハイドレートを運送するように構成されることを特徴とする天然ガスハイドレートの運送方法。
