Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年10月2日付韓国特許出願第10-2014-0133023号及び2015年9月15日付韓国特許出願第10-2015-0130400号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、二次電池用ラミネーティング装置及び方法に関し、より詳しくは、電極組立体と分離膜との間を堅固に接合することができる二次電池用ラミネーティング装置及び方法に関する。
Claims (6)
- 電極組立体と分離膜を接合するための装置において、
前記電極組立体を前記分離膜上に配置した状態で移送する移送部;
前記移送部の移送経路上に配置され、前記電極組立体の全面に接触して熱を加えることにより、前記電極組立体を前記分離膜に接合する接合部;
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池用ラミネーティング装置。 - 前記電極組立体は、前記電極と、前記電極の端部から突き出される電極タブとを含み、
前記接合部は、前記電極タブと前記電極に接触するように段差を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用ラミネーティング装置。 - 前記電極組立体は、前記分離膜上に複数個が互いに離隔されるように配置され、
前記分離膜の幅は、前記電極組立体の端部から外側へ延長されるように設けられ、
前記接合部は、前記電極組立体と前記分離膜に全て接触するように段差を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用ラミネーティング装置。 - 前記電極組立体と対向する前記接合部の面は、互いに異なる段差面を有する三つの領域に分割されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用ラミネーティング装置。
- 分離膜上に電極組立体を配置する配置段階;
前記電極組立体を配置した状態で前記分離膜を連続的に移送する移送段階;
前記分離膜の移送経路上で前記電極組立体の全面に接触して熱を加えることにより、前記電極組立体を前記分離膜に接合する接合段階;
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池のラミネーティング方法。 - 前記電極組立体は、電極と、前記電極の端部から突き出される電極タブとを含み、
前記接合段階では前記電極と前記電極タブに同時に接触して熱を加えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池のラミネーティング方法。
