Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 組織に印加されたエネルギーの影響下にある前記組織の特性の変化をレンダリングする視覚化装置であって、
特性が変化した組織の領域と、特性が変化しない組織の領域との間の界面の位置を導出するように、組織内の異なる位置における組織の特性を示す超音波測定から得られた測定信号を処理する信号プロセッサと、
界面の位置を示す表示をレンダリングするレンダリング装置とを有し、
表示の2つの端部は組織の厚さを確定する2つの境界を示し、2つの端部の間の位置は界面の位置を示す、
視覚化装置。 - 前記レンダリング装置は、組織の特性が変化した領域を、特性が変化しない領域とは異なる視覚的アスペクトでレンダリングするように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の視覚化装置。 - 組織の特性は、速度、速度勾配、及び歪み率よりなる群から選択された物理量である、
請求項2に記載の視覚化装置。 - 界面の位置の導出は、特性の平均、中央値、最小値、最大値、絶対値または標準偏差に基づく、
請求項3に記載の視覚化装置。 - 特性が変化した領域と、特性が変化しない領域との異なる視覚的アスペクトによるレンダリングは、組織の2つの領域の物理量の10%ないし30%の範囲の差に関連する、
請求項4に記載の視覚化装置。 - 前記レンダリング装置は、組織の境界を表す2つの端部を、四角の2つの対向側としてレンダリングするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の視覚化装置。
- 前記レンダリング装置は、組織の境界を表す2つの端部を一致するようにレンダリングするように構成され、
組織の厚みを確定する2つの境界間の距離は円、リングまたは楕円としてレンダリングされる、
請求項1に記載の視覚化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の視覚化装置により実行される視覚化方法であって、
表示の2つの端部は心臓内の組織の厚みを確定する2つの境界を示す、
視覚化方法。 - 超音波測定装置と、請求項1に記載の視覚化装置とを有する測定システム。
- 組織にエネルギーを印加するエネルギー印加装置に接続されたエネルギー源と、
請求項9に記載の測定システムとを有する、

超音波画像、組織速度画像、または歪み率画像から、レンダリングされた表示の2つの端部を表す、組織の2つの境界の選択を前記プロセッサができるようにするコンピュータプログラムとを有する、

- 組織内の特性が変化した領域に対応する第2の視覚的アスペクトが、レンダリングされた表示の2つの端部の間の間隔全体をカバーするとの検出に応じて、エネルギー源からエネルギー印加装置へのエネルギー伝達を停止するように構成される、
請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 組織内の特性が変化した領域に対応する第2の視覚的アスペクトが、レンダリングされた表示の下端に接近したとの検出に応じて、エネルギー源からエネルギー印加装置に伝達されるエネルギー量を低減するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
