Abstract
Description
埋め込み式電極装置の完全性は、埋め込みから長期間経過した後であっても環境によって影響を受けるものではない。これは、キャリアを内封する障壁層によって十分に保証されている。更に、電極装置は、患者の体から装置を引っ張り出すことを可能とする機械的安定性を有していなければならない。
図3に示すように、一代替例においては、接触面6と電極装置1の表面のミーンライン10との間の最大くぼみ深さ11又は最大ピーク高さが60μm以下となるように限定する。

Claims (15)
- 埋め込み式電極装置(1)において、
ポリマー材料から成るキャリア(18)であって、
前記キャリア(18)は、可撓性を有し、電気的に絶縁される、キャリア(18)と、
前記キャリア(18)上に位置する導電性パッド(5)によって形成される少なくとも1つの測定電極(2)であって、
前記導電性パッド(5)は、接触面(6)を有する、測定電極(2)と、
少なくとも1つの導電性トレース(3)と、
少なくとも1つの導電性端子(4)と、を備え、
前記トレース(3)は、前記測定電極(2)及び前記端子(4)を電気的に接続し、
前記キャリア(18)の全ての表面を被覆することによって前記キャリア(18)を内封する障壁層(8,22)であって、前記導電性パッド(5)の接触面(6)は、外部環境に露出し、前記測定電極(2)が位置する側(9)における前記電極装置(1)の表面においては、前記測定電極(2)の接触面(6)と前記測定電極(2)を除く前記電極装置(1)の表面のミーンライン(10)との間の最大くぼみ深さ(11)又は最大ピーク高さが60マイクロメートル以下となるか、
前記測定電極(2)が位置する側(9)における前記電極装置(1)の表面においては、前記測定電極(2)の接触面(6)と前記測定電極(2)を除く前記電極装置(1)の表面のミーンライン(10)との間の前記最大くぼみ深さ(11)又は前記最大ピーク高さが60マイクロメートルを超え、前記接触面の最大線形拡張(17)が100マイクロメートル以下である、障壁層(8,22)を更に備えることを特徴とする埋め込み式電極装置(1)。 - 前記測定電極(2)が位置する側(9)における前記電極装置(1)の表面においては、前記測定電極(2)の接触面(6)と前記測定電極(2)を除く前記電極装置(1)の表面のミーンライン(10)との間の前記最大くぼみ深さ(11)又は前記最大ピーク高さが50マイクロメートル以下、好ましくは30マイクロメートル以下である、請求項1に記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記測定電極(2)が位置する側(9)における前記電極装置(1)の表面においては、前記測定電極(2)の接触面(6)と前記測定電極(2)を除く前記電極装置(1)の表面のミーンライン(10)との間の前記最大くぼみ深さ(11)又は前記最大ピーク高さが5マイクロメートル以上、好ましくは10マイクロメートル以上、更に好ましくは12マイクロメートル以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記障壁層(8,22)は、電気的に絶縁され、液体に対する不浸透性を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記障壁層(8,22)は、パリレンから成る、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記障壁層は、前記キャリアの前面、後面、及び側面を被覆する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記キャリア(18)は、シリコン系有機ポリマー、好ましくはポリジメチルシロキサンから成る、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記測定電極(2)は、前記キャリア(18)上のコーティング(7)上に形成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記障壁層(8,22)は、前記コーティング(7)上に形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記電極装置(1)は、ストリップ形状を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記電極装置(1)は、200マイクロメートル〜2500マイクロメートルの範囲、好ましくは800マイクロメートル〜1500マイクロメートルの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- 前記端子(4)に電気的に連結されるインターフェース機器を更に備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)。
- データ処理部と請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置(1)との組み合わせにおいて、前記データ処理部は、使用時に、前記埋め込み式電極装置(1)のインターフェース機器と通信するインターフェース機器を備える、組み合わせ。
- 埋め込み式電極装置の製造方法において、基板を設ける工程と、
前記基板上に液体ポリマー材料を塗布する工程と、
前記液体ポリマー材料を閉じ込めることによって、所望の高さを規定する工程と、
前記液体ポリマー材料を硬化させることによって、キャリアを構成し、電気的に絶縁された固体可撓性ポリマー材料を形成する工程と、
前記キャリア上に導電性材料を配置する工程と、
接触面を有する導電性パッドによって構成される少なくとも1つの測定電極と、少なくとも1つの導電性トレースと、少なくとも1つの導電性端子とを規定するように前記導電性材料を構成する工程であって、前記トレースは、前記測定電極及び前記端子を電気的に接続する、工程と、
前記基板を取り外す工程と、
前記キャリアと前記導電性材料とを備える構造体上を障壁層で被覆し、前記構造体の全ての表面を被覆することによって前記障壁層が前記構造体を内封する工程であって、
前記測定電極が位置する側における前記電極装置の表面においては、前記測定電極の接触面と前記測定電極を除く前記電極装置の表面のミーンラインとの間の最大くぼみ深さ又は最大ピーク高さが60マイクロメートル以下となるか、
前記測定電極が位置する側における前記電極装置の表面においては、前記測定電極の接触面と前記測定電極を除く前記電極装置の表面のミーンラインとの間の前記最大くぼみ深さ又は前記最大ピーク高さが60マイクロメートルを超え、前記接触面の最大線形拡張が100マイクロメートル以下である、工程と、
前記測定電極の接触面上方で前記障壁層を開口させることによって、前記接触面が外部環境に露出する工程と、を含む方法。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の埋め込み式電極装置を人間又は動物の体内に埋め込む方法において、前記電極装置は、患者の皮膚の下、好ましくは2つの皮膚層の間に挿入される、方法。
