Claims (10)
- 複合材料(20)から成る回転ボディの形態を成す部品を製造するために繊維プリフォーム内へポリマー樹脂を注入するための注入工具であって、該部品が逆抜き勾配(20A)を備えた内部キャビティを有する、注入工具において、
該注入工具は、前記ポリマー樹脂が注入され重合された後に前記部品が離型されるのを可能にするために、該注入工具が少なくとも前記内部キャビティ内に配列された状態で、第一に、キーストンを形成する1つのインサート(40A)を含む互いに接触する少なくとも3つのインサート(40A〜40D)から成る、逆抜き勾配を備えた前記内部キャビティと適合した外面と自然抜き勾配を呈する内面とを有するセクタ化リング(40)と、第二に、前記セクタ化リングを支持するために前記セクタ化リングの前記内面に固定された円錐ドラム(32)とを含み、該円錐ドラムが、前記セクタ化リングの前記内面によって形成された前記自然抜き勾配に依存して、ひとたび前記セクタ化リングから分離されると引き抜かれることを特徴とする、注入工具。 - 前記セクタ化リングが少なくとも3つのインサートを含み、前記キーストンを形成する1つのインサートが20°〜40°の角度を占めていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 前記セクタ化リングが4つのインサートを含んでおり、3つのインサートがそれぞれ110°の角度を占め、そしてキーストンを形成する第4インサートが残りの角度30°を占めていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートがねじ締結部材(41)によって前記円錐ドラムに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートを前記円錐ドラムに対して所定の角度を成す状態でセンタリングするために、相互センタリングエレメント(32A,42)が、それぞれ前記インサート及び前記円錐ドラム上で互いに対面するように配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートを前記円錐ドラムに対して所定の角度を成す状態でセンタリングするために、前記インサートの端部の1つに環状スロープ(44)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートは、該インサートが巻き上げ機又は任意の同様の持ち上げシステムによって抜き取られるのを可能にするためのハンドリング部材(50)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートが、加熱による重合中に膨張を容易にする機械特性及び寸法安定性を有する金属材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 前記インサートが、前記円錐ドラムと接触することになる面上で補剛材(48)の間に設けられた重量低減用盲孔(46)を含む金属板から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入工具。
- 複合材料から形成される前記回転ボディがファンケーシングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の注入工具。
