Claims (12)

  1. a)30〜80重量%の室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂、
    b)0.5〜10重量%のエポキシ硬化剤、
    c)5〜40重量%の熱可塑性樹脂、及び
    d)0.5〜10重量%の物理的発泡剤
    を含む硬化性組成物。
  2. 室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂以外のエポキシ樹脂を含有しない、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
  3. エポキシ/反応性希釈剤の室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の硬化性組成物。
  4. 無溶媒の室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂とエポキシ/反応性希釈剤の室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂との混合物を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  5. 40〜60重量%の前記室温で液状のエポキシ樹脂を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  6. 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、DIN EN ISO 306の方法A50により測定すると、60℃〜150℃の間の軟化点を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  7. 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、そのポリマー主鎖中にフェニレンオキシド(−Ph−O−)単位を含むポリマーである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  8. 前記熱可塑性樹脂がビスフェノールaとエピクロロヒドリンとのコポリマーである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  9. 前記熱可塑性樹脂がポリエーテルスルホンである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  10. 16〜25重量%の前記熱可塑性樹脂を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  11. 10〜20重量%の防炎剤を更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
  12. 5重量%を超えるグラファイト系膨張性防炎剤、及び7重量%を超える赤リン系防炎剤を更に含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
