Claims (18)
- 次元的に非互換の構成要素用シュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)であって、
エンジンケーシング(31)と、
第1の材料から形成され、前方ハンガ部(34)と、後方ハンガ部(36)とを有し、エンジンケーシング(31)に接続されたマルチピースハンガアセンブリ(32)と、
第1の材料とは異なる低熱膨張率の第2の材料から形成され、前方ハンガ部(34)と後方ハンガ部(36)との間に配置されたシュラウド(50)と、
シュラウド(50)をインピンジメント冷却するためにシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)の前方ハンガ部(34)内へと延びる1以上の冷却チャネル(33)であって、
前方ハンガ部(34)及び後方ハンガ部(36)の少なくとも1つは、軸方向干渉力をシュラウド(50)に加える1以上の冷却チャネル(33)と、
シュラウド(50)の後方端部及び前方端部のいずれかに作用する付勢力とを備える、シュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。 - 付勢力を生じさせる1以上のシールスプリング(47)をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- シールスプリング(47)が、曲線状である請求項2に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 1以上のシールスプリング(47)が、後方ハンガ部(36)に作用する請求項3に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 1以上のシールスプリング(47)が、シュラウド(50)と後方ハンガ部(36)との間に配置される請求項4に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 前方ハンガ部(34)が、後方ハンガ部(36)より半径方向の高さが大きい請求項1に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 前方ハンガ部(34)が、エンジンケーシング(31)と係合するためのタブ(38)を有する請求項6に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。

- 後方ハンガ部(36)が、軸方向で受け入れスロット(41)内へと移動可能である請求項10に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 後方ハンガ部(36)が、半径方向で受け入れスロット(41)内へと移動可能である請求項10に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 後方ハンガ部(36)が、片持ち梁である請求項10に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
- 後方ハンガ部(36)から軸方向に延び、シュラウド(50)の上側表面(58)に係合するアーム(80)をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシュラウドハンガアセンブリ(30)。
